I have been on high stress waiting for this appointment for ten days now. I am pretty sure I have vaginal prolapse and my regular doctor refused to leek at it and wanted me to make a separate appointment so I went with WHA instead. Then on the appointment day I got up early and was there 45 min early only to discover I left my ID and insurance card at home and they refused to see me. Politics of our "medical care" today. So I litally flew back home and got back with the cards exactly on time and they said there was nothing they could do but reschedule. I told them how horribly stressful this is and the only day I had. Then I asked if someone could tell me what to do if it falls out. Finally someone came back and told me to just push it back in. No forgiveness from them and I have no forgiveness for them. read more

My mother and I have been patients within Women's Health Advantage for years. I have not had a pleasant experience since my Original OB left. In 2022 I called to schedule an appointment because I found out I was pregnant . The receptionist was the most unpleasant person. I explained to her that I was pregnant, and she pretty much told me that it was unlikely because I had a period. (I was having periods will pregnant). After a few minutes of feeling like I was wasting her time, the appointment was scheduled. Less than a week later I miscarried. I did not cancel my appointment. (I was not okay) . It is 2025 and I want to take the steps to starting a family. I called to schedule. It was the same receptionist. As I was talking she cut me off to say "you did not show up for your last appointment. The doctor is a very busy women you that took away from other women in need". I accidentally cried over the phone. She was in fact the least compassionate person I have had to deal with and has always been that way. I did not feel welcomed then nor when I was 18 and seeking birth control. Please keep doing your research ladies. Go to a clinic where you feel welcomed and comfortable in the beginning. Do not let them guilt you nor gaslight you. Do not let them speak to you this way. Do not let them tell you that you need admitted when you are seeking help due to menopause like they did to my mother. The doctor's I have dealt with were nice but the nurses and reception set the tone. I should not end a phone call about starting a family crying from guilt. Please do better for yourself and your future family. read more

There are no options for giving negative stars. My daughter had an out-patient surgery to remove endometriosis in January. She died 6 days later of Sepsis. I am writing this to remind you to ask a lot of questions of your doctor before you have surgery. How many surgery's have they performed, get their credentials, research them, where have they practiced before? Why aren't they there anymore? Who recommended them? Ask about possible side effects of the surgery, what if any antibiotics are prescribed following the surgery, what kind of pain you might have, what are the expected side effects? Have someone who is going home with you record the discharge conversation with the Dr/Nurse and their recommendations so you won't forget. Do you think you need to stay at the hospital longer to be checked and monitored following your surgery? Don't hesitate to request that you have more time for observation in post-op. Maybe you need to stay overnight? Ask! Be your own advocate. Get the name of the doctor and a working phone number whom you can call in the event that you have questions or concerns following your surgery after business hours. If you don't feel comfortable with the information that you get, don't have the surgery and find another location. It could save your life. read more

Nurse Jane and Dr Enfante are incredible!! They really listen and discuss everything with me.... at every appointmen!!! They gave me suberb advice with my recent scare, a lump in my breast. Next is the clinical staff that brings you back to get you ready to meet your doctor. The girls are fast, friendly and efficient. My daughter has gone here despite my advice for two pregnancies. Both were high risk and both times she received the worst care possible. By the grace of God and her young age both have times she and the babies have been healthy, not by any result of medical care by practiced physicians. The "care" provided by this office is not even borderline illegal, it is a sin. This is the place to go if you have no other choice. Took my wife there AND REGRETTED IT IMMEDIATELY. Staff doesn't seem to care about patients and just wants to get people in and out. The place is dirty, dusty and has cobwebs. I had my youngest Son this past July. I had a wonderful experience with the care that was provided and the Dr. who delivered my son was amazing. It was until after my son was born when I had bad experience. I grew attached to my OB close to the end of my pregnancy, but also developed Post-partum depression. During my visits to go over my medication, we had talked about boundaries and all that. Great! I did what she had asked me to do by staying away from her neighborhood but I deliver through Door Dash and Instacart so I'm always delivering around the area or even in the neighborhood. I also advertised for a cleaning job but bypassed her neighborhood one night but with it being dark and my cousins headlights weren't working well enough and I could hardly see at night as it is, so, I apparently delivered into her neighborhood not realizing it until after. My anxiety went crazy afterwards because I knew what she was going to think and I was right. Because at my appointment with her on 10/6/23, she said that I made her uncomfortable passing out them flyers and that I was coming to her home. One, it was never my intentions of making her uncomfortable. It was dark and I had no clue I was in there until after I was pulling out. 2. I never knew where her house was to begin with, only that she told me it was her neighborhood. and 3. Instead of asking me about it, she jumps to these conclusions and dropped me as a patient. Afterwards, she wrote in my patient chart that when she told me she was severing our relationship, I got verbally aggressive with my newborn even though he was asleep the entire time until after she came back in to give me results to my pregnancy test. I tried to send her a message through the portal to discuss everything and for me to explain my side of things on why I was in her neighborhood, she completely dismissed me. I always felt comfortable with the group during my pregnancy. They were a great, friendly group, but the way I was treated after really made me disappointed. They blocked me on social media and then told me that if I wanted to continue to be a patient there, I had to see a different Dr. Even though I'm not comfortable with them anymore, they still have great Drs. in the practice so I'd like to stay as a patient. read more

Such a terrible place. My wife called right at open to get seen for a borderline emergency, and it's been 6 hours and counting. Doctors like to let you wait for at least an hour before seeing you, and some doctors will even tell you to hold your baby in during delivery so she can make it because she was shopping! So far we've had the privilege of dealing with three doctors in this group. Dr. Lucia Fouts is my wife's regular OB/Gyn, and has been great. She answers all my wife's (and my) questions without ever sounding patronizing/condescending or making us feel stupid. Her demeanor is very easygoing, but not aloof. This is a group that works together, so since Dr. Fouts wasn't on call, Dr. Haley delivered our first child, and Dr. Davis our second. As one of the nurses at Dupont Hospital said, "I can't think of a negative thing to say about any doctor in this group." In my opinion that's high praise from a labor and delivery nurse, especially one that doesn't work for these guys directly. read more

I scheduled an appointment requesting to be seen, (which I feel like I have the right as a patient to do so) they called ME back and said they didn't want to see me and told me when to schedule an appointment. I have since left and found a MUCH better doctor group. Fort Wayne Fertility and Midwifery is where I now go and will always continue to go. Women's health Advantage has awful bedside manner and makes you feel like they don't have the time for you. read more

Never got her permission and embarrassed her to the point she went home crying. This was her first baby and they never explained thing to her. Now they are having problems with them and the insurance company. Its not the insurance company giving them problems its Women's Health Advantage. This has been going on for 2 1/2 years. The front desk and nurses are very nice the office. I saw Dr Minck's and had an awful experience. She seems very disconnected and uncaring. After blood work, an ultra sound and yearly pap, she decided that I needed to have a surgical procedure to remove polyps. During this time, I developed awful pain and was told to visit the ER during the weekend. I did and followed up with the office that Monday morning. The only thing they wanted to do is give me pain killers. I wanted to be seen by any doctor and help fix the pain. I ended up calling twice due to the pain before the surgery. Not once did they want to see me and told me it would be addressed at the time of surgery. I waited for 2 weeks till the surgery!! When Dr Minck's arrived she knew nothing about the pain, never looked at my CAT scan from the ER and told me the ER doesn't know what they were talking about. She dismissed my pain and never took the time to acknowledge it. My husband and I were shocked at how she treated me right before the surgery. When she left the room all I could do is cry. I am still having the same pain and can hardly function in my everyday active life. I called the office back after my surgery and they gave me an appointment with the nurse. I should be able to see my Dr!! I have decided to switch to a completely different office and not even have my surgery follow-up visit with Dr' Minck's. I have been so upset with how she treated me! I am still dealing with this pain and absolutely miserable. read more

I had a c section in 2015 through dupont with womens health advantage. I would recommend it to anyone. My pregnancy was high risk and I had preclampysia. My body was really sick. Shortly after the c section i ended up in dupont again but in the ICU with my blood pressure 220/120. I had Dr. Lopez that through Jesus Christ saved my life. All around dupont is a great hospital and womens health advantage is great! read more

My appointments are always later on Mondays, because that's my doctor's late evening days, and everytime I go in, I wait no longer than 5-10 minutes - it's great! I've been to these gynecologists three times in the last two months for a regular annual exam, bloodwork, and then an ultrasound and consultation and each time I've waited (sometimes naked in a gown) for at least 30 minutes. The last time I was at the Parkview office I saw a sign that said, essentially, "Because we are so busy you might wait a long time...you can either wait or reschedule your appointment." What that sign and my experiences tell me is that this office packs in the patients and has no regard for their time or schedules. I've waited for 20 minutes to talk to a nurse, I've waited for 30 minutes just to have blood drawn. When I do see my doctor she tends to be rushed, talks quickly, and while I like her well enough, I always end up with high blood pressure and am so distracted by the amount of time I've wasted that I can't even focus on my own care and questions. It seems that they have a near monopoly on obgyn services in this area and don't hire enough staff, nurses, and doctors to handle the volume in a professional manner. I'm looking for a new doctor, if anyone has any recommendations. read more

y obgyn Esguerra is AMAZING! I had to give low stars because of how frustrated I am with his team. His team is horrible, I can't put it any other way. They are fake polite and they just can't seem to do their job correctly. They messed up my prescription initially and then lied multiple times to me saying they pre approved it for my pharmacy. An now 2 weeks later, going on 3, the issue is still not fixed. Not to mention I have called them every single day and they keep giving me the run around and blaiming the pharmacy. I guess it's no big deal my uterus is 3mm, suppose to be 8mm, and now I have been bleeding for 6 weeks straight. So unfortunately as much as I like my obgyn I will have to be switching since his team isn't capable of doing their jobs. I understand they are probably overloaded with patients, but at this point I'm tired of calling them for 3 weeks straight every single day and the problem still not being fixed. My health should be a priority to them, but clearly it is not. read more

Had multiple issues with billing and nurses. My regular doctor, fouts and stand in, baltes, were amazing. Just cannot stand the waiting/hold times. Seems like none of the employees want to be there and feel like im rushed and coralled through. As much as i hate to leave a good doc, the cons of office have out weighed. Leaving WHA. read more
