My 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid…read morebroke down halfway between Jackson and Mound Bayou, and when no one else was able to offer to take a look at my car that same day, the staff at this Car Care Clinic offered to see what was wrong, so I had my car towed to them. At first, we thought it was a transmission issue because the car would not accelerate at all and was making a very loud grinding noise. This location does not do transmission work, but they kindly offered to confirm what sort of repair I might need. This, by itself, was a huge help, since every transmission repair shop in town was weeks behind in their work. Luckily, it ended up not being a transmission issue, but a broken axel that was spinning and scraping against the wheel without actually rotating it. Once we knew what the problem was, the staff offered to get my wife and I back on the road within a day, which was incredibly kind, since we were in the middle of a long road trip and did not have time to spare. Drew was not certified to work on hybrids, and doing so was very dangerous, but rather than turning down the job, he spent a great deal of time researching how to disconnect my car's battery, so he could repair it safely. While Drew was working on my car, Phil and Bri were very kind, friendly, and responsive, and kept me informed as to the car's progress and recommended places for me to get something to eat. Bri always answered the phone quickly and cheerfully when I called to ask about the progress. After the car was fixed and we were back on the road, Phil followed-up several times with us to make sure everything was okay and that we made it to our end destination safely, several days later. This was by far the most satisfying experience I have ever had with a car repair shop and its staff, and I highly recommend that anyone experiencing car trouble in Mississippi consider coming to this location.

My wife & I…read morewere into a 17 hour drive having left Monroe LA on our way home to Silver Spring MD, when our 2010 Lexus was leaking oil on Interstate 20. We limped into Gleason's and they took us right away. After about 30 minutes John, explained to us that the repair was out of the scope of what his shop does. However, John went beyond what we expected and not only looked up the Lexus part we needed but made some calls and found an auto service shop that could take us right away and told them where the part could be found. John called a tow truck to pick up the car and would not take a dime from us for the hour plus more for all his time. My wife and I want to personally thank everyone who assisted us and the time they took out of their busy schedule. We had a feeling, while waiting for the results of our car, and observing that they greeted all of their customers by name with one dropping off Christmas presents to the staff, that we were both blessed and lucky for pulling into their shop.
