Being in business for a long time is a fantastic achievement however the negative reviews and reality speak for themselves. Empathy goes a long way and Leigh Ann Howell is unable to comprehend or communicate effectively. We had to use the Madison Police Department as a form of communication instead of being an adult. We needed proper bus towing, not a standard truck that would struggle with the weight. Serve-All Towing and Roadside Co. answered right away and sent a heavy-duty unit capable of handling the size of the vehicle. The operator evaluated the bus carefully, secured it at the correct tow points, and made sure everyone stayed clear while hooking up. He kept us informed the entire time and handled the transport smoothly to a repair shop in Canton. The cost was explained before the tow began and stayed consistent with what we were told. Considering the size of the vehicle and the coordination involved, it felt reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with large vehicle towing in the area.
