AHEAD has a skilled maintenance team, and I've found them to be very responsive to any of my infrequent reports of needed maintenance over the years. They also offer a 24-hour maintenance reporting service. Management has executive personnel with appointed hours, on the property, including someone assigned to assist in coordinating tenants with outside, needed services. There's an outdoor area with raised beds for gardening, as well as a nice pergola with shade and a gas grill that we can use at will. I'm delighted to be living here.

The noise from pipe expansion overtakes the television. Accommodations are ignored, even when approved. Their favorite words are, "Continued...anything..."are a lease violation" and that is how they make residents back down from complaints. Staff are overbearing, if not downright scary to the elderly. People live in fear of being kicked out. It's unhealthy here.

We were looking to have a few semi-flush mounted light fixtures, a ceiling fan and chandelier above the stairs replaced, and an outlet added so that we could move our TV above the fireplace. Scott was very professional and worked quickly. I was both pleased and surprised that he even changed his shoes before coming in the house and swept up after himself. I was also very thankful that he was able to fix an incorrectly installed ceiling fan that could have come down at any time (our baby is obsessed sitting under and watching our ceiling fan when it is on). He is priced fairly, does great work in a timely manner, and cleans up after himself. What more can you ask for? I would not hesitate to recommend his services and I will definitely be contacting him for future projects.
