Our car broke down on I-10 near Tallahassee on a Sunday evening around 8:30. Called our insurance SF and nobody showed up, that's another story. Looked at Yelp for hep and found Parkway Wrecker service. Can't say enough good things them. Courteous and prompt and had a truck within a half hour. Our driver Tyson, he's the best. So accommodating and kind and he made the experience of breaking down 200 miles away from home much more bearable. driver just tried to hustle me for a tow. my battery was dead and I called for jump service. he came out and hooked up is jump back, nothing worked , he pressed several different buttons and trucked finally started, but would shut off after unhooking. he told my either my alternator was bad or something is wrong with my electrical system. he immediately tried to get me to tow it somewhere, insisting he is here so I should just do it now. I declined and paid him for the jump. I told him I would get my brother to jump me. he immediately said I wouldnt do that, and tried to talk me out of it. I called my brother, he came over with his little jump pack and my truck started right up and runs fine. I don't know-just beware-they are one of those businesses that will try to squeeze you for things that aren't broken or wrong. it was just a scummy thing to do. read more

I scheduled a pickup for 930am, the wrecker showed up almost an hour early and I wasn't there, then told me it would be hours before they could make my appointment time. I had an appointment scheduled that was dependent on their prompt pickup, and they did not fulfill their end. DO NOT USE this service if timing is important to you. read more

Parkway Towing and Recovery has to be the worst place I've ever had to deal with. My car was stolen and missing for a week. Thank goodness for Leon County Sheriff's office for finding my car! They had my car picked up and stored at Parkway Towing for two days since my keys were never recovered. I call and speak to Terri who tells me it will be 288.12 to get my car out. Are you serious? I've missed days of work having no transportation and now I have to pay you for holding my car?! You could have just towed it to my house for that price. The lady was rude, inconsiderate and just nasty. Didn't want to help me with insurance to have them reimburse me. These people are really awful and I pray karma bites them in the butt for being so greedy to people who are already in a bad situation. read more

I had Parkway Wrecker Service toe my vehicle to my house. It parked the vehicle in a place that maked it impossible to park my other vehicle next to it in my driveway. The worst part of the situation was that when the wrecker was parking the wrecked vehicle he demolished my mailbox, flattening it to a point where it was completely flat and no way to be fixed. When I called to have it replaced and put back together. They refused any help in any way at all. They blamed it on me and had absolutely no remorse for the damage that was done to my property. Our 45 foot motorhome had an engine light come on and we had to stop on the interstate. Matt from Parkway did an incredible job. He seemed to take care of our coach as if it was his. I cannot explain the explicit rage I feel towards this towing service. Not only did they steal the tops to my tables which I have the legs for. They stole countless items one being my father suit and my husband suit in a leather case caring my deceased father's watch and money clip, he wore it in his coffin for his viewing. Wow carma people. Our paint rig the beautiful sconces to my bedroom set an the list is to long. They broke our TVs trying to get them out. They are not to be trusted.
