I took my car here while I was in the process of getting estimates from three different places…read more This is a small family owned business. I did not get a recording when I called asking me to press a number, I was not told I had to have an appointment to come get an estimate or that I needed to pay a deposit, and I was treated kindly. The price was lower than one of the other local places I called, so I decided to bring my car here. I paid for the parts in advance upon their suggestion for a faster repair, but it was not required. It did cut down on the waiting period. After providing an estimate on the repair, Jeff noticed a piece of plastic loose on the front bumper. He didn't know if I would be returning to get the repair or not, but he secured it temporarily for me without me asking. When I dropped it off for the repair, it was finished in less than a day. I was having the front bumper replaced and painted. When I went to pick it up, I was astonished and really touched. He had not only done an amazing job on the repair (not one noticeable piece out of place), but he had washed the car and polished my headlights. I was so full of gratitude. As long as they are in business, I will not go anywhere else. They made my 11 year car look new! The shop is very small, and when you pull up to the front (it's a little hard to find because it is not well marked and is off of a side street) it doesn't seem like a body shop. There is a little office door. You can just pull up on the sidewalk or on the street and walk right up, and you will be greeted. They don't seem to have much of a waiting area. You can walk to railroad square from there to kill time, but you would be better off having someone help you drop the car off. Please support this local business!

I only need four words: DO NOT TRUST THEM…read more I made the mistake of trusting this seemingly nice local business, and it will forever haunt me. I only came here because it was recommended by a former friend---you can see why we are no longer friends. This is by far the worst decision I've ever made, so I implore you to avoid doing the same. They ordered black market parts when I specifically asked for OEM parts, and I only found out because they did such a crap job on my paint, and they said that the reason why it looked like that is because it wasn't an OEM part. Weird, I thought I asked for an OEM part. They also gave me my car back with huge gashes on my wheels like I wouldn't notice the huge gashes on my wheel? Are you kidding me? Who is doing the quality control in this place? They DO NOT have qualified paint and body technicians, so don't believe a single word they claim about that. I gave them everything they needed to match my custom color: the paint codes and the ACTUAL PAINT, but yet this "veteran technician" they claimed who has done so much magnificent work couldn't even match my paint, and not only could he not match my paint, but there is blue pearl in my paint and he tried to BLEND THE PEARL. Are you kidding me again??? How are you going to try to BLEND PEARL. I'm no veteran body technician, but I know for sure not to blend pearl. So now thanks to this amazing body tech they have it looks like someone took a can of spray paint and swirled some crap on the side of my car, and yes if you're into cars like I am you will notice it in a split second. I'm also positive that they don't understand what HID headlights are nor do they understand that they can't be exposed to moisture or else they will probably bust. Oh what do you know. My HID fog lights and headlights were out when my car was returned to me, and I checked all of them before I dropped off my car to make sure they were all working. This is the worst auto body shop there is, and they don't deserve anyone's hard earned money.

Stay away from this place. They are the WORST. My insurance company towed my car to them for repair…read moreand over a month later the car is still not done. One excuse after another and ZERO communication. Don't believe a word they say, they will never call you or update you on anything. I have literally had to give them my phone number each time I called.

Thank you Lisa, your great office, and paint/body staff. You all were welcoming, helpful,…read moreefficient, and up to the task. Your shop's work on my Subaru Outback was fantastic, quality A+. The results were timely in just days and made my experience and my mind at ease seeing the results of the great body and paint work done; happily the Outback's driver's side rear side panel, paint, and the look of the car are as Subaru intended. The three step pearl white paint of the accident damaged area are as you stated, Lisa, matching the car's original paint. Thank you all once again. I and my husband will recommend your shop to our friends and acquaintances. Dolores Tallahassee FL Subaru Outback Owner

Ok so where do I begin. Brought my car in 10/2024 to address a defective pearl paint job by…read moreHyundai. Spoke with Lisa that day regarding an estimate and each area of the car I wanted addressed. I specifically asked her to repaint the rear passenger door and the ENTIRE top rail panel. I had applied primer to the door and approximately 6-8" on the top rail to prevent rust until I could get a professional to do the job correctly. Was quoted around $2700. Car was done in 3/4 days and looked good except some "overspray that looked like bubbling" that they needed to take a clay bar to to remove. Great job I thought. It's now 7/2026 and there is bubbling happening on the top rail and toward the rear. One of the bubbles popped exposing the primer. Made an appointment for Lisa to see it. After taking a look at it it was explained to me that they did NOT address the entire top rail as initially discussed and they only "spot" painted the area that I had primed then painted over the existing paint surrounding that area. The door looks great but I assume they stripped that down and redid the entire thing. So I paid $2700 for one door and one spot on the top rail (and some window molding and clips). She then gave me a quote of $1598.74 to paint the entire top rail hahaha. She then said but I'll do it for $1000! So tell me....why would you do that for me? A $500 discount...why? And why would I ever go back to have this done the right way when it was supposed to be done the right way the first time. I'm not speaking for everyone here, everyone's experience is different it seems with this shop but my experience wasn't the one I initially thought it was which was good. All I wanted was to give them the chance to do the right thing and that didn't happen for me. Folks before you agree to anything here make sure you're specifically addressing your needs and that they know and have it in writing that you can understand. For $2700 this should have been corrected and being told be Lisa "well this pearl paint will give you more issues down the road" isn't what anyone should hear. I paid money for that NOT to happen again instead I'm back to basically the same paint job Hyundai gave me. I can't wait for this shops response to this review "we guarantee are work, sorry you had a bad experience hopefully you were able to get it fixed elsewhere, something along those lines. I have pictures of the proof before and after. I have another body shop that confirmed this wasn't the correct process. Paint over existing bad Hyundai paint job. This is why I specifically asked them to repaint the entire top rail. Im sure they do fantastic work, everyone refers them but geez $2700 later and they want another $1500 to do it again the right way. Just cross your T's and dot your I's with this shop before signing anything. Make it perfectly clear they understand what job should be done. 2 stars because the door still looks great. Better Business Bureau next.
