After reading the reviews on Yelp, I decided to give this place a try. It doesn't look like much of anything, Let's see..how can I describe it. It's like a self service car wash that's now owned or rented by people who have established a car wash business. There is no office space or anywhere inside to wait. However, there are some chairs set up outside for you to sit in. I am not sure if they take cards but I made sure to have cash on hand. You pull into what would be an individual self-service car wash and there is someone in that "slot" that will wash your car. There is a full menu with different options. The service was GREAT! They absolutely took their time on my car to make sure it was sparkling clean. The best part was that it was only $15! Give this place a try! read more

I haven't gotten my car detailed since I bought it 4 months ago, so I came here because I've always heard good things about them -- and those people weren't wrong! $25 for an inside & outside detail (plus $10 extra for dog hair) They did an amazing job!!! They gave me a time limit & they stuck to it. They also got out all the dog hair (which is amazing because my dog sheds SO MUCH!!!). Definitely recommend!! And I will be back! read more

Be aware they only take Groupons on Monday-Thursday, and the full detail takes three hours, which is extremely inconvenient for people who work 8-5 when they're only open till 7. I still haven't gotten my detail, and I wish I'd known I couldn't use my Groupon before I bought it because now I'm not sure if I'll be able to. UPDATE: I would give zero stars if I could due to their poor customer service. I took an afternoon off work to get my car detailed and was told again that they weren't accepting Groupon because they only do three a day. No where on the Groupon did it list any restrictions on when it could be used. Needless to say, I traded in my Groupon and will not be going here in the future. read more

Doesn't look like much. Don't be fooled. For $15, these guys go after dirt like I did when I was 16 years old. They're respectful and careful. Change and rinse their wash buckets between cars. Not rushed. Every nook and cranny of your car will get wiped down and clean. If this is how they do the $15 wash, I have to think that a full detail would be amazing! read more

OH BOY OH BOY They scratched my car when trying to remove some tough dirt. They used a pad to rub and left 20-30 big scratched spots cutting thru top layer of paint. Nooooooo I had to take it to a detailer and paid myself trying to remove some scratch. Figure It'll impact my car's resale value too. read more

They do a great job for the price. I even found a Group-on that made me want to really give them a go. Went early Sunday morning and they were open by 10am. No hassle at all. What I liked most was they HAND washed and waxed. Its a no thrills kind of place, which I liked, this meant that there is value for the services. A great job on my 1998 Toyota Camry. So you have to sit outside...I thought that was great, got a coffee at the gas station next door, sat in the shade and smoked a cigar... this will be my go to car wash from now on...Thanks guys! read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the service. It doesn't look like much when you drive by but they did a fantastic job cleaning my car. I got the inside of the car vacuumed and the seats shampooed. There were a few marks on the seats that I really wanted gone and there wasn't the slightest trace of them once they were done. I will definitely be going back. read more

We called in advance and they said they could see us right away. As soon as we got there they said it would be 25 minutes and we asked if it would be done within an hour because we had to be at work. 45 minutes passed and they didn't even get to our car and started working on someone else who got there after us. We had to leave without getting our car cleaned, wasting the whole morning. Only recommend if you have all day to waste and want to sit in the burning heat. read more

Not very professional. I asked for shampoo on carpets and seats ($70) and when I came back there was still lots of visible muddy gunk on my floor. There was some trash too that wasn't even mine! For that price he didn't take his time. There was some strange brown dirt on the seats. very disappointed and worse when you're short on cash. 5 stars for the value. Great detailing for a value! The person who detailed my car was named "Bacardi" and he made my car presentable for a trade-in. I'm trying to upgrade my car and my two young children made it soooo dirty. But his work surprised me---the result was much better than I'd hoped for! I will add that if you get shampoo work, prepare for time to dry. Get a towel to sit on for when you leave, etc. But the car is spotless and I couldn't be happier! I was so surprised! They scratched the hood of my new car while cleaning it. Definitely missed a few spots inside the car since there was visible dust and dirt on the insides of the door. Took my Jeep here to get a Full blown cleaning job as I was going to trade in my vehicle and wanted it as clean as possible. Was quoted half of what other detailers were suggesting so I figured I would give them a shot. On the corner of Bainbridge and Tharpe, I had passed by this place a million times and never stopped by because it doesnt look like much. A old out of service self-wash with a few guys cleaning cars and some chairs outside. Don't let the look of the place fool you, my car has not been this clean since the day I bought it. The employees were nice, incredibly polite, and spent twice as much time as I expected cleaning my car. I will without a doubt be using these guys for now on. Plus side is that it's right next to the gas station if you wanna walk over for some coffee or a snack while you wait. read more

I had accidentally forgotten a gallon of milk in the car for 3 days in the Florida heat. I also have 2 dogs that shed like crazy. They shampooed the car in and out and was able to get rid of the smell and all the dog hair. My only complaint was that their credit card system was down so I had to walk to an ATM. After moving from south florida, I needed to find a new place to get my car washed so I came here based on the great reviews. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed. Although the price was great, it took over an hour and a half to get my small car washed and I left with grass all over my tires. I know the job you get might just depend on who does your car that day and that I might have higher expectations than most, but still, I think I'll continue searching for another place to get my car taken care of. read more

I had my car completely detailed, and the staff were great, and they did a fantastic job cleaning my car. However, they accidentally locked my keys in the car, and instead of hiring a locksmith, they opened it themselves, and left five dents in my door, ripped the weather stripping, and scratched the paint. I agreed to use their mechanic to handle the damage, he never returned my calls. I spent more than three weeks trying to get them to settle with me, without filing with their insurance through my insurance. I was hung up on, lied to, and treated like I was victimizing them for requiring them to fix what was damaged. So, unfortunately, they'll have to deal with my insurance. In short, they did a fantastic job cleaning the car, but they cannot be trusted to honor their obligations. Too bad, too. I was hoping to support a local business..... read more
