AHH! This place is incredible. Decided to try this place for a quick lunch before a meeting - and it did not disappoint. The vibe is cool, chill, bright, and kinda like an upscale sports bar. TVs everywhere, shuffle board (30$ for 1 hour I believe), pool table, conference/rentable rooms to the side. The service was phenomenal. I cannot remember the bartenders name right now - but he was awesome. Super kind, attentive, and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he went and got it for us. The food was very good. They use Beef Tallow to fry their fries and chicken in, fresh locally sourced ingredients, and everything was very well done. For those saying the prices are too high - it's downtown Bentonville :) pretty standard pricing for location! They are starting to do events - trivia, sports specials, and I heard on Friday/Saturday they have live music and use the shuffle board area for dancing! The food was mediocre at best. Despite being one of three tables in the place, it took way too long to get food and it came out barely warm. The service was okay but our server seemed uninterested in doing her job. She disappeared for long stretches without any other customers to care for. We noticed water on their concrete floor, an obvious slip hazard, but no one took action to dry it up. The real issue was the pricing. Nothing we ordered lived up to the cost. On top of it all, they charged us two dollars for a tiny side of ranch dressing for the limp fries that came with my wife's burger. Save your money and find a place with better service, more interest in good quality, and sensible pricing. read more

Just checked out Parlay on 8th and it's exactly what Bentonville needed. This place is a sports fan's dream. TVs everywhere you look so you never miss a play no matter where you're sitting. The atmosphere is high-energy but still laid back enough to actually relax and enjoy the game. They've also got shuffleboard, which adds a fun competitive element whether you're out with friends or just hanging out between games. The service really stood out too. Brittany was our server and she was fantastic. Super bubbly, attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely great at what she does. You can tell she cares about the experience and it makes a big difference. Between the atmosphere, the setup, and the service, Parlay on 8th is definitely going to be in my regular rotation. Parlay on 8th is such a fun addition to Bentonville! We had a great experience from start to finish, with fantastic food, a great atmosphere, and something that makes it stand out from the typical restaurant or bar. The shuffleboard court was such a fun added touch and made the night even more entertaining. But the best part was later in the evening when the DJ came on and the shuffleboard court transformed into a dance floor. It completely changed the energy of the room and turned a great dinner into a really fun night out. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was lively, and the whole experience felt incredibly well done. Whether you're looking for a great meal, drinks and shuffleboard, or somewhere to stay and have fun late into the night, Parlay on 8th is definitely worth checking out. This is one of our new favorite spots hands down! Come every time for the World Cup and USA games. They have tons of TVs, pool tables, and they even have a large shuffle board area if that's your thing. All of their food so far has been delicious. We've had the cheeseburger and chicken tenders so far and both were great. My personal favorite is their old fashioned. It's made with a little black tea and is one of the best I've ever had. Our favorite waiter is a guy we look for every-time we come in now. Go check it out! read more

The hubs and I were in town visiting a friend. She had a great experience here before so we decided to have dinner here. atmosphere was pretty wild - we happened in during the World Cup Brazil v. Scotland game. We were greeted with drumming and cheering. We were seated immediately and our server came right over to take our drink order (water & tea). After that I put in an order for the Fried Green Tomatoes with bacon jam. Shortly after we placed entree orders. The tomatoes had a good flavor but were a bit greasy. They also weren't green - they had started to ripen and were pink. The bacon jam was tasty but the appearance left a lot to be desired. It looked a bit like a scoop of poop. Our server then notified us there was a problem in the kitchen and could only make flatbreads. She said that it would probably be 20 before they would be up & running fully. We told her we could wait and visit. We decided to order the Hurricane Jack frozen cocktail while we waited but were told they didn't the ingredients to make it. The hubs ordered a regular frozen margarita with strawberry syrup instead. When the margarita arrived it was not in a margarita glass, but a glass an amaretto sour or the like comes in. The strawberry syrup had not been mixed in and was just sitting on the bottom of the glass. We didn't finish the drink - it was the sourest margarita we'd ever had, even with the strawberry syrup. At that point we decided to cut our losses and pay the tab. For an unsweetened tea, fried green tomatoes and the margarita it was $36. I have no problem paying high prices for quality food - we like to eat good food. But in this case, the price & quality aren't equal. We also inquired about shuffleboard since we had to wait. The price for that was $30 for an hour. No thank you. read more

What an absolute gem! The chicken tenders, made from thighs and fried in beef tallow, were incredible. The Korean pork belly over rice was pure perfection. We sat at the bar and Tabitha took amazing care of us, offering spot‑on recommendations and genuinely great conversation. And the place has the best ambiance and music! Came here hoping that it would be our next go to for drinks and food! However, there is a reason there have been multiple business go in this location and not succeed. They all want to have over priced drinks and food. They want to charge $10 for a beer when you can go around the corner and get the same thing for $6 Sat at the bar and had an empty glass for 14 minutes because the bartenders were too busy talking with other groups. At one point saw the bartender put up a finger to one of his fellow waiters until he finished his conversation. It's a nice spot, not denying that. But when domestics range anywhere from $5-10 it means they are just trying to nickel and dime people and don't care about the customers. We wanted to eat dinner here, but wedidn't want to pay the inflated prices for what seemed to be average bar food, so we went a few blocks over and had a great experience. I would rather go somewhere else to watch a game and have drinks/food. This place feels full of themselves. read more

Admittedly, a few young employees were uncertain on how to address my request, and I was impressed how a manager (I forget her name) did an exceptional job of coaching and mentoring the young employees. Overall we had a fun time. Got seated and waited 20 minutes with no acknowledgment. Had to flag someone down to get a waiter. Paying $20 for a burger and then having to pay extra for fries is an interesting business decision. Nickel and diming but I thought the burger was decent. Small for sure. The other 4 I was with had similar opinions. Probably won't come back unless the food gets much better or the pricing changes. read more

Poor service, cold food after waiting almost an hour for it, no drink refills. It was bad. We left really disappointed :(
