3.5 stars here! A decent stop for a beverage and occasionally live music. This was my first time to order food. The burger and fries were solid 4 star. Hand cut fries perfectly cooked, tasty beef patty and my choice had a fried egg that was cooked just enough, not over. This will be a common burger stop for me, I think. On the burger occasion, service was lousy. Sitting at the bar, I waited for the bartender to get off of smoke break, but when she did come in, she made it as far as the kitchen door, never coming around to the long side of the bar where I sat. I got up and came around to her to ask for a menu. I also got to go find her when I was ready to order, and again when I needed a check. In the interim another staff member got me a refill on my drink, which she rang up and the bartender also rang up later, so I had to ask for the overcharge to be removed from my check. I generally sit at the bar when I'm alone and just hanging, my thought being I'll get decent service because I'm RIGHT THERE. Not the case here. I've gotten really attentive service here in the past, so I'll give it a pass this go round and not ding a star, but I hope for better next go round. read more

This place routinely comes up in online discussions as having one of the best burgers in northwest Arkansas, So we finally got around to giving it a try. It's located in the back corner of a nondescript strip mall and it's not much to look at from the exterior. Don't let first impressions fool you, though. It's definitely a bar and has a casual feel, but it was clean and not "shabby" looking inside. There are four or five pool tables on one side, two or three dart boards in another section, and probably 10 or 12 tables directly in front of the bar. The clientele seemed like average folks (it didn't feel unsafe at all). The wife and I sat at the bar. The draft beer selection is pretty limited to the big brands (Coors Light, etc.), but they do at least have Yuengling and Blue Moon if you want something with a little more flavor. I didn't check to see if they had any craft selections in bottles or cans. The menu is straight bar food, but they do it very well. The wife had a basic cheeseburger and I got the mushroom Swiss burger. The burger patties are 1/3 pound, so it's substantial. The buns tasted fresh and the food arrived hot. We both enjoyed our burgers quite a bit. Sandwiches come with potato chips on the side, but you can upgrade to tater tots, french fries or onion rings for a surcharge. We stuck with the potato chips, because we also ordered some Tater Kegs. They are large tater tots with bacon, cheese and chive inside. They also arrived hot and fresh and are very tasty. The next time we go, I'm definitely going to give one of their Cheesesteaks a try. Their pizzas also looked very tasty. Prices are very reasonable. My wife's burger was eight dollars, mine was nine. Our pints of Blue Moon were only four dollars each. When you're in the mood for a casual atmosphere and some tasty bar food, give this place a try. We'll definitely be back. read more

This is a great place to get away from the Dickson scene. They have good bar food, great pool tables, shuffle board, and plenty of dart boards. They sell billiard supplies and dart supplies, which is pretty nice since there aren't many places in the area that do so. They have live music every once in a while. This is also the home of the NWA TAP Pool League. They have league night on Thursdays during each season's session. Cheers! read more

My family and I had Morano's for dinner and the place was fantastic. We got burgers, pizza, a Philly cheesesteak, and baked ravioli. All of it was wonderful.. especially that homemade pizza. The atmosphere of this place is great and it has a real personal feel to it with the very personable owner hanging around. So, this was not the place that 3 young adult women would normally feel welcome or invited to, but I am super pleased with our choice to try it out. The menu is FULL of homemade, delicious comfort and American foods. I had a Pizzadilla, and the girls i was with had a sandwich and a burger. the fresh cut fries and hand pressed burger were super good quality at a very decent price. Drinks were very decently priced which was also a plus. I'm super satisfied. While we never got around to playing pool or darts on this Monday night, it was an open atmosphere to do so in. The owner himself came and chatted with us and his passion for his foods and this place. They have bands that perform here on certain days, they have dart boards if playing darts is your thing, and they have several pool tables. Yes this is cool - more places like this in Fayetteville, please. Had the Philly Cheese steak sandwich and I gotta say, it's really good! The staff and patrons here are a lot of fun, the pool tables and darts are level and sharp, and even the bathroom is clean. It took us a couple minutes before I realized Morano's is located on the back end of the strip. Plenty of parking and the lot is well lit. Me and my wife had a great time here! I used to go to this place when it was Billy's Bar and Grill and always have a good time. My how things have changed in a couple of years. I came here with some friends from out of town to play a little pool, I wasn't aware that they were running a daycare inside! It is hard to have a good time playing pool and enjoy a couple drinks when there are kids (young as in 5 years old) running around screaming. I really expected more from this place, it was a lot better when it was Billy's a couple years ago. I guess the new owners have something else in mind besides being a nice bar. I also believe we were overcharged. Our tab was a lot more than expected as we only ordered a couple of drinks and no shots. I think I will stick to more adult places from now on. read more
