My parents came here to get my dad's id which was expired replaced with a new one. They came to this location and was told more info was needed since my dad was from Puerto Rico. My parents came in with his birth certificate and paper from the IRS and was told that the paper from the IRS was invalid. Since when is the government letter considered invalid. The old man there was the worst person ever and even racist towards my parents and we will not be coming here again. My parents are the nicest people you'll meet but you're gonna hear them when they are blatantly being treated rudely. It's not often that I review somewhere like a license bureau, but I have to say how great this one is. Among the different BMVs in Cleveland and even in other states, Parma Heights has to be the most efficient license bureau I have witnessed. Moreover, the staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. I needed to make several BMV trips when moving to Ohio, and I started driving out of my way to come to this one because of how much better it was there anywhere else I had experienced. Been going this location a few years but im going somewhere else! I was the only person in the place itv was empty! so the woman that greeted me was loud yelling and rude! Telling me have your drivers license ready !! I was there for something else so she still told me to have it ready! So I'm still the only person in there the man named Dan please have your license id then he was dry had the nerves to ask me what apt I live in I asked why? He asked me did I have air conditioning?! I asked him why you asking me that?! He said some places don't have it ... I looked at him and said I wouldn't have taken the place if it didn't have any Air conditioning! Just stupid small noisey talk and treating you like a kid or something! Need nicer people they didn't used to be like that! If you have a special needs child who has high functioning autistim be ready because he caught me off guard, but tomorrow we are going back and I'll be ready to put the miserable employee in his place. read more

I don't know if they are selling money or not but I heard Kristen ask a customer if they wanted to donate 2 dollars to the site program when it's only 1 dollar for it! So I ask you where they s all the extra money going if the do this to multiple customers a day or week? She is a very nasty person with no dignity and a mouth on her that don't stop! Please I beg you to go just up the street a few miles to the Strongsville location next the Diary Queen. Stay away from this location at all cost. read more

In late 2022, it's apparently still a COVID hot spot when there are more than 4 people in the building. They're bossy, constantly ordering you around as to where to sit, where to stand, etc. Not super friendly at all, made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Go elsewhere. read more

Four stars? Am I drunk? Nope, was just pleasantly surprised about this place. Sure everyone knows the cliche of the BMV and arriving here I expected an eternity of wait time, sour personalities, and to be treated like cattle. Before I continue, why oh why Ohio Registrar will you not allow us to use a debit card to pay? Is it because you make THAT much money off the $2.50 you charge for the ATM? Thievery is what's afoot. Back to the review. This place is set in the corner of what looks to be the original strip mall. Not in Parma Heights, but the world. Ancient and crumbling. Sketchy feel, but not sketchy, if that makes any sense. Staff was very pleasant, helpful, and the wait time was minimal. Might have been the time of day, but I doubt it. I am guessing part of it has to do with it's obscure location, because it is not visible from Pearl. Kind of have to know it's there (and I didn't even though I have shopped in that plaza before). read more

Best BMV I have ever been too! I came in to renew my drivers license and have it be compliant with flying. I had just moved to a new house recently and the first time I came in I worked with Betty she was very nice and welcoming helping me figure out what the correct documentation I needed was. I returned again today with what was needed after waiting on a utility bill and was helped with Kristen who was also super friendly. I will never go to a different BMV again! I usually have terrible experiences any time that I go but they are all wonderful here! read more

Lady was very rude to me. Didn't tell me how to fill the form out correctly for TSA licencse.Told me that my Social Security card looked to yellow looking should get a new one. Told me to get a eye exam. Maybe there eye machine should be recalibrated. Give them a F Rating ! read more

By far the best BMV around! I live in North Royalton now but made the extra drive simply because this office is so quick, efficient, and most importantly...friendly!!! I stopped over early on a Saturday morning and waited no more than 5 minutes to be taken care of. Everyone was cheerful and helpful which is nearly impossible to find a a BMV!
