It was a smooth and efficient process to get my car title especially for a Saturday morning when businesses like the DMV tend to be busy but this isn't the DMV. I brought in my car title document which was mailed to me by my car company. The title office then stamped it with "Lien Canceled" with a Court seal and that was it. I believe I had to show a form of ID too so I showed my driver's license. I have no complaints. When I entered around 10:15am, there was a couple ahead of me and it wasn't busy at all. My first thought when when the BMV told me I needed to go here was omg it's gonna take forever and will be some long drawn out process. I was in and out within 10 minutes with an Ohio title in hand. This is definitely nothing like I'm used to. In California anything to do with your car takes forever. I recommend this office as it was easy and painless to get stuff taken care of.
