The sauce is not thick at all.... it's just kind of a buttery half-and-half sauce... so the sauce does not adhere to the noodles. To kill time, we sat at the bar and got a few drinks until our table was ready (which only took about 20-25 minutes). The ambiance inside feels very upscale and our waiter, Juan, was great the entire time and was very attentive. Being able to try various dishes made this pit spot at Nebbiolo well worth it.
