After a phone call with the contractor, Chris voiced his concern regarding my payment(s) to the contractor for a city requirement before he could initiate the painting, essentially accusing me of failing to pay the contractor for the project. To begin with, you do not have the authority to dictate when I should pay for a service that you are not delivering. Furthermore, he was unaware that I had already completed two of the four payments for the project, and instead, he immediately took the contractor's side. Chris accused me without taking the time to verify the facts or engage in a mature dialogue about the situation, and instead insisted that I resolve this issue with the contractor. I tried to clarify that I had already made the necessary payments to the contractor and expressed my confusion at being accused of this, offering to provide proof of payments, to which Chris replied, "Okay, I'm out. Good luck." I find this behavior to be exceedingly rude and unprofessional. How ironic that they advertise Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed on their website. Business 101: Customer service should be provided before, during, and after the purchase of a service. I will certainly not be reaching out to AZ West Painting for any future projects.

Tom (sales person) was really great. We had several questions which Tom answered each in a direct and honest fashion. They painter came and took off the cabinet doors on Monday. The painting crew came back on Friday with the doors already painted. They spent the day taping making sure everything was protected and then painted the cabinet boxes. They did a great job. Very professional and considerate. From quote to newly painted cabinets the whole process was smooth. Thank you to the whole team. We highly recommend Robo Painting!
