Everyone there was incredibly kind and professional, and the owner and staff made the whole process easy and pleasant. The photos came out amazing. The lighting was beautiful and very professional, honestly the best passport photos I have ever taken. The studio itself was also stunning. The interior looked pristine and almost brand new, so I am not sure if they recently remodeled, but it felt very polished and thoughtfully designed. I've passed by this location for years and always thought about stopping in to get a 50+ yr old super 8 reel scanned. Kept on putting it off since some of the film was damaged by an old projector and the reel would need to be spliced and repaired in order to be scanned. Just this week I finally popped by to get an estimate for the repair and scanning work. My first impression of the place as I walked in the door was it was a clean and professional looking environment. The price they quote me seemed reasonable when compared to online services and the turnaround time was about 3-4 days. Let me just say that they went above and beyond in their work and the turn around time was much faster than initially stated. I couldn't be happier at the final results of the work and care that went into bringing this film footage back to life. I have visited this location twice! Both times I was serviced quick and proficiently. The staff here are very kind aswell. I had actually thought I had left behind my wallet in the store! Very rare and weird occurrence. They were nice enough to open the door so I could look around very quick! Turned out the Post office had it waiting for me lmao. Came in today for passport photos and was greeted by Hamik who was very courteous and attentive despite helping a customer who had arrived before I did. I got my photo taken after a minute or so of waiting, and the photo was processed in almost the same amount of time. Quick service, reasonable pricing, and excellent customer service. They also offer notary services which are just as efficient. I know that this gem has been in this neighborhood for over 20 years, and I hope to see this establishment here after 20 more. read more

When the hours of operation sign says 9:30 for Saturdays, you'd expect that's when it would be open, right? We waited until well after 10 and no one had come to open the shop. I know Armenian timing is a little different. When we say 6 for a party, we usually start around 8 or so. But this is a store. Be professional. Also, it's overpriced. read more

I came in to get my fingerprints done (no roll) for a foreign ID card; the prints have to be scanned in at 600 DPI. Hamik was extremely helpful and was kind enough to do my prints twice to make sure that the fingerprints would be clear in the scan. Great place. Would recommend it to everyone. read more

Love this place, and Dan is very good with customer service. I had one of my precious 36 year old family 8 mm film transfered to dvd disk, and Dan was good at explaining the prices, helping me determine how I can save money on future transfer (I brought only one reel because I was anxious about transporting them from Hawaii and handing them over to a stranger to work on them), and I plan to bring the rest of my family film this summer (taken by my grandfather of our childhood years), so that I can share them with all my family members. I feel total trust in Dan and his company. It only took 2 days to have one transfered and HE called me promptly to let me know they were ready. Watching the dvd was very enjoyable and emotional...get those family films out and tranfer them so that you can reminisce about past family and friends and all those old styles and fashions, and querky habits. read more
