Unfortunately, my partner could not make the trip so I had to go back and forth with Paris several times and surprisingly he was extremely patient, explained to me the variety of excursions and included notable suggestions knowing my personality and taste . He answered promptly whenever I messaged him ans made it a smooth process even though I was very stressed out the major changes to my vacation planning . He confirmed in timely fashion which was very professional as you feel a one on one basis and importance to him as a client. While enjoying the excursions and I was alone , he made it hus business to join me, bought me snacks, had an igloo with champagne , rum punch and more which made my day and made very happy throughout my trip . Carried me to all my local spots I like KFC, jerk huts, Pelican bar in the middle of the sea and rode the boat with me even though he had his new Clark's on with sand and all. That's how far Paris will go. He made sure to see how you felt of the event and did regular checks to see if youre alright. We drove for hours and he never seems to get tired or frustrated --everytime having a warm smile and engaging making sure you have a great time which you normally don't see nowadays. Another major plus, his vehicle (which i assume everytime is a new vehicle) is spotless clean....seats are extremely comfortable and well padded. Everytime I see the vehicle it looks new so overall im impressed with the cleanliness, professionalism and one to one engaging experience. February is when I met Paris during my birthday for Valentines Day and he made me felt like royalty and was well taken cared of . I was so impressed by his professionalism I made him my personal your guide anytime going to Jamaica. I've already told him May 2026 im coming and February 2027. So he is booked and busy with me per se . I am honestly thankful and glad I met Paris because nowadays a lot of these tour guides are not professional and crooks and don't care putting you at some priority and have to common sense to make a plan A and b in the event something happens but guess what you get all of that and more with Paris-- you know why because he genuinely loves his job and takes pride in what he does. However - sometimes travel requirements are just too complicated to type into a search box. You need the help of a knowledgable individual with access to consolidator airfares to help reduce the cost of the trip and is seasoned enough to help you plan out a trip quickly and easily. I ran into such a situation when planning a trip for my wife that required her to travel to India via the Middle East with multiple stops. After dinking around with various internet travel sites and coming up with umpteen variations of itineraries (some which were absolutely ridiculous - like flying from the US to Europe to the Middle East to China and then back to India), economy ticket prices ranging from $1,500 to $10,000 and pricing that was not always accurate on the travel engine (when you click on an itinerary that you liked, it would check pricing and the system would tell you that it would cost $400 more than what was originally quoted) - I decided to call a professional. I spoke with Shaheen at Aakash Travels and laid out my specifications. Shaheen listened intently and was quickly able to identify the airlines that would likely offer the best fares and most convenience (e.g., limited stops, connections, etc.). After our initial conversation, Shaheen quickly got me an itinerary that worked well (limited number of connections; adequate time between connections for immigration, customs; and no long layovers), and for about $100 less than the lowest internet travel engine prices (and about $200 less than an internet consolidator). Completing the transaction was easy, Shaheen made the reservation and sent me the itinerary via a link to a website. After approval, I simply charged it to my credit card. I had a great experience working with Shaheen at Aakash Travels. She was professional, knowledgable and easy to work with. If one finds themselves taking an international trip - it is worth a few minutes to check with Aakash Travels to see if they can either save you some money through a consolidator airfare or come up with a more convenient itinerary.
