Lawd it was wonderful while snacking on my St Mary's banana chips courtesy of Paris. He rode with me ...took pictures for me and yes he is a great photographer. Carried me to all my local spots I like KFC, jerk huts, Pelican bar in the middle of the sea and rode the boat with me even though he had his new Clark's on with sand and all. That's how far Paris will go. He made sure to see how you felt of the event and did regular checks to see if youre alright. We drove for hours and he never seems to get tired or frustrated --everytime having a warm smile and engaging making sure you have a great time which you normally don't see nowadays. Another major plus, his vehicle (which i assume everytime is a new vehicle) is spotless clean....seats are extremely comfortable and well padded. Everytime I see the vehicle it looks new so overall im impressed with the cleanliness, professionalism and one to one engaging experience. February is when I met Paris during my birthday for Valentines Day and he made me felt like royalty and was well taken cared of . I was so impressed by his professionalism I made him my personal your guide anytime going to Jamaica. I've already told him May 2026 im coming and February 2027. So he is booked and busy with me per se . I am honestly thankful and glad I met Paris because nowadays a lot of these tour guides are not professional and crooks and don't care putting you at some priority and have to common sense to make a plan A and b in the event something happens but guess what you get all of that and more with Paris-- you know why because he genuinely loves his job and takes pride in what he does. Our travel agent Justyna Smith (Two Nights In) added her magic to our trip to the Greek Islands, down to the smallest detail. Arriving at the Athens airport, a bellhop met us as we debarked, led us to through the airport maze to baggage, grabbed our bags, walked us to our waiting van and driver, and minutes later we arrived at our hotel overlooking the Acropolis. This type of service continued for every flight within Greece. Meanwhile she arranged several walking tours, one at the Acropolis and one on the island of Santorini. Her contacts were excellent as both guides were top notch, friendly, spoke perfect English, and went out of their way to make sure that our tours were exactly what we wanted to see and hear about. Her AXUS app gave us a detailed itinerary available 24/7 on our phones. One click and we had all our flight info, while another click gave us a picture and details of the night's fantastic dinner restaurant in Santorini, and tomorrow's hike. And her recommendations have always proved spot-on perfect! Justyna makes travel fun and care-free. We love her, will use her for all our travel plans, and highly recommend her highly valued and friendly service.

Christine was available to us 24/7 during our trip, but we never really needed to reach out, as she had everything pre arranged. From dining, to transfers, to hotel and experiences, she took care of every detail Christine was incredibly easy to work with, was always so kind and accommodating. A Deeply Disappointing Experience:…read more We engaged Partenza Travel, led by Christine Andraus, for not just one but two important vacations: a milestone birthday trip and a family vacation with three other families. Christine came highly recommended, with promises of access to exclusive properties and assurances that she could meet our specific budget and requirements. However, our experience has been nothing short of a disaster, leaving us feeling exploited and severely disappointed. Broken Promises and Misrepresentation: Christine assured us that she had the connections and expertise to find unique, exclusive properties that would cater to our needs and fit within our budget. Based on these promises, we entrusted her with planning our trip. We provided clear requirements and a reasonable budget, which Christine agreed to. Despite clearly communicating our preference for specific types of accommodations, we were presented with options that not only missed the mark but also ignored key aspects of our requirements. We received 3 options. 1/ a villa that was 2x our budget, 2/ a villa with 5 rooms instead of the requested 7, and 3/ a Hilton Resort (vs. private villa as requested), which was the same price and availability we found ourselves online. Unprofessional Conduct and Financial Exploitation: When we raised our concerns and requested a resolution, Christine's response was disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the gap between what was promised and what was delivered, she was dismissive and unyielding, insisting on keeping a non-refundable fee despite failing to meet our needs. This refusal to refund the money for services not rendered in good faith has left us feeling taken advantage of and deeply dissatisfied. She eventually agreed to refund 50% of the $4,000 we gave her. To add insult to injury, separately we were also planning a milestone birthday with Christine in a separate thread. Because we had "disrespected" her, she ended that relationship as well, and decided she deserved 75% of the $1800 ($1350) fee for that trip as well. All in all, for a combined $3350 in fees, the sum total of value we received from Christine is that she found us the property for the birthday trip. Our 4 families received nothing of value for the holiday trip. Causing Unnecessary Stress and Inconvenience: What was meant to be a joyous and memorable group vacation (and birthday) has turned into a source of stress and frustration. We are now forced to start from scratch on the family trip, seeking alternative arrangements on short notice, all while dealing with the financial implications of Christine's failure to deliver. Conclusion: Our experience with Christine Andraus and Partenza Travel has been nothing short of a nightmare. The way she has handled this situation--through misrepresentation, unfulfilled promises, and an unwillingness to rectify the situation--reflects poorly on her professionalism and integrity. We strongly caution anyone considering her services to think twice and seek alternative options that will not leave you disappointed, out of pocket, and back at square one.
