Advertised rate was 4.99%, however you will not get that rate unless you direct deposit your whole paycheck into your attached account. In addition I discovered an additional $85 loan fee. This fee is not mentioned on the website, nor did my loan officer mention it. It is disclosed in the 15 pages of documents that you are required to sign.. so my fault for not reading carefully. This fee would have been a dealbreaker since I've never had a fee for a car loan before! Shady! On a positive note, most of the customer service representatives that I spoke with while obtaining my loan and savings account were extremely friendly and helpful. Will not be recommending AFCU

No, I had to go in and manually copy all the payees. By comparison, when my brokerage merged, I didn't have to manually do anything -- the financial data was all transferred over. Really irritating that I have to manually do this work for my bank account because I have not one, but three accounts. At the same time, my password manager program is shifting to upgraded version, and microsoft is shutting down skype, so I have 3 essential services changing at the same time. I saved the new Camden info into password manager, save didn't work so I tried calling Camden for help, The recorded line doesn't work clearly, and when I finally got customer service rep, she can't find account. Was on phone for 15 minutes, with line going in and out, and she finally finds account, then says she can't help me. I have to go into branch. Great! I expect financial services to have it together to have a phone line which works, as well as handle my $$ better than Camden is doing...
