I wanted a small community type bank so I opened a checking account at Kennebunk a few years ago. I recently decided to open a few cd accounts for my grandchildren. Kennebunk's rates were the lowest in the area. So I went elsewhere. I decided to buy a boat and went in for loan. Again, they are out of touch with rates and service.
