PLEASE do not waste your time dealing with these extremely unprofessional people and please don't waste your hard earned money here either!!! I came in a week ago to simply get a copy of my car key cut to the new remote, which I had just bought elsewhere. The guy who cut the key charged me $50 for the new car key. I paid it and walked to my car to try it, but it didn't work to turn the ignition. I went back inside to tell him and he came out to try it himself, but it still did not work. He went back in to "re-cut" it, tried it again, and again after that, but it never did work. He told me that he would just put my old working key on my new remote and get me on my way. He did that AND KEPT THE FAULTY KEY. I asked for a refund for the key that he cut, which didn't work, and therefore could not be used, SO HE KEPT IT. He told me that he wasn't authorized to give refunds, but that I could come back any other day and that the manager would be able to help me with that. So I came in today, with my 2-month-old daughter in hand, for what I thought would be a quick and easy refund exchange, but instead was met with the MOST hassle that I have ever had to deal with from ANY business in order to get my money back. I walked in and explained my situation to the owner/manager and he straight up told me, "No, you don't get a refund for that. He went through the trouble to cut the key for you, didn't he?" I explained again that the key, which is what I paid for, didn't work, and ultimately WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME, so I would like my money back for that. He had the audacity to deny my refund, claiming that they did me a favor by swapping MY old key into MY remote. As if that's what I paid $50 for! He called the guy who originally cut the key and asked him about it. I'm not sure what the guy told him over the phone, but the owner laughed and said "No, I'm not doing that. I'll take care of it" Then he walked me outside and tried to tell me how I wouldn't be getting a refund for the key because the guy did me a favor by swapping my old key into my remote! I told him that I did not ask him to do that, nor is that what I paid $50 for, and THEY kept the faulty key! He told me it was still time spent and at best he could give me "half of my money back". HALF! As if that is an acceptable resolution for selling me defective product that I never received. I told him, no, that I wanted my full refund for the key I paid for that didn't work and I never received. I told him all the guy did for me was swap MY original key onto MY new remote, which I could've done myself. To that he said "Well, why didn't you?" I told him because he offered and didn't say anything about charging me, because if he had, I would've told him no. He told me "Half. Take it or leave it." I told him that I'm not leaving without my money back, and to that he told me, "Well, how about, just to get your ass outta here, I just take the key off, give you your money back, and you can put it on yourself!" I immediately told him to do it because I'm not paying $25 for anything that I can easily do myself and IS NOT what I was charged for in the first place. This whole exchange took place outside, in the cold, for about 30 minutes, while I was holding my two-month-old daughter in my arms, wrapped in a blanket, and this unprofessional, rude, and heartless manager couldn't care less about her wellbeing or helping me resolve the situation, when HIS BUSINESS was holding onto money I was charged for faulty merchandise that was ultimately not even given to me. I honestly can't believe that a business can operate with such blatant disregard for its customers, but I truly hope that this establishment doesn't last much longer, so they can't continue to scam, intimidate, or mistreat other people in the surrounding community. This place is a disgrace!

The spots are the only spots for a strip center of about 5 business including a restaurant that your trucks are preventing us from parking to eat at it. We asked them to move but we're met by a very rude "supervisor." Shame on you and I'd expect a little courtesy and better training of your staff to not park in or violate the law. What other laws do they violate such as building codes or quality if they can't even follow a simple one of don't park in designated handicap spaces.

I was hoping some one would have come....but I knew better. Got a called first thing this morning and Derrick was at my home within 1/2hr of that call. Now my cousin is a certified HVAC but he lives in FL. So when I spoke with him he told me what was wrong plus what could be causing the problem. Well hold and be hold Derrick was dead on with what my cousin told me. So while Derrick was fixing out side I called my cousin and told him. We were concerned about a few small unfinished items and the bill was higher than we felt it should be. One of the owners was so nice to take time out for us on a Saturday he went into his office, pulled our contract and insurance claim and went over it line by line explaining each item and resolved all of our concerns. We signed a contract for a new roof on October 31, 2025. We provided a deposit of $8405. Skyline…read moredemanded more money prior to beginning the job. It is also our belief that Skyline used our deposit to pay supplier bills that were unrelated to our roof and contract. We terminated the contract after the demand for more money and hired another roofing company because we had a deadline by which if the roof was not done or homeowners insurance company would cancel our policy. Skyline was unable to meet the deadline without more money from us because, we believe, they spent our deposit money on Other, unrelated expenses. In a written and signed settlement contract, Skyline agreed to refund our deposit in four payments. Skyline made one payment and miss the next one that was due, thereby notifying the agreement. We are planning to file suit this week.
