"I have been a loyal customer here for 3 years, but I will never return. I went in for a simple oil…read morechange and tire rotation, but was upsold on a coolant flush. Not only did they fail to rotate my tires (which I had marked beforehand to verify), but they botched the coolant flush so badly that my car overheated into the Red Zone three days later. They left air in the cooling system, causing my heater to fail and my engine to spike to dangerous temperatures. When I returned for a refund, they tried to deflect blame by claiming my car had a 'leak'--despite the car running perfectly for years until they touched it. Furthermore, they completely ignored the fact that my front brakes are shaking and grinding, choosing to push a 'cloggy coolant' upsell instead of addressing a major safety issue. I was eventually refunded, but only after standing my ground. If you are a woman or a loyal customer, be warned: they are now prioritizing sales quotas over honest work and vehicle safety. Take your car elsewhere."

Hundreds less than what I was expecting to pay. Now, if you want an overpriced mechanic that takes too long and butters you up with lattes and your favorite magazine, this is NOT the place for you. If you want good people to do amazing work on your vehicle at a GREAT price, then Josh and his crew are a true godsend. Just wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I would recommend written guarantees as far as what any deposit is intended or he will use it as he sees fit while you wait. Any questions regarding finances will immediately provoke a personal or irrational response to change the subject. He has more excuses than former-employees, which is impressive as I can think of well over a dozen in the months of frustration I had my vehicle there. After the 10 months and close to $20,000 I spent between him and parts, I had to have it towed to someone that will actually work on it and knows what they are doing to put it back together. He damaged a brand new fender November 10th and will still tell you he plans to get it fixed. How nice of him to make things right at his convenience. I could write a book about how badly this experience has gone. The truth is he only came up with the "the customer drained the oil himself and deliberately damaged the motor after being without his truck for 10 months is there anyone with a functioning brain that thinks that sounds truthful? Its all in text message and Im happy to show anyone that is willing to believe the nonsense he spews out on a daily basis, most of which directly contradicts what he said prior. Just look at any negative review and find where he takes ownership...it doesn't exist.

He was busy but squeezed me in for a 3:00 appointment…read more Called me back and told me he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could send a mechanic over earlier! Perfect! Brett his mechanic arrived 15 minutes after the call. Brett was very professional and extremely knowledgeable! He diagnosed my car and found out it would run right because of corrosion on some electrical terminals. I was certain before Brett got there, I was going to pay a ton of money for engine work. Had I gotten it towed to a garage, I'm sure that would have been the case. Brett literally saved me thousands of dollars!!! Thank you both for your help! If I need an honest mechanic, I know who to call!

Upon arrival the brakes needed bleeding and checking before I could take it for that long awaited first drive! A neighbor referred me to Myrtle Beach Mechanics, and I'm glad she did! I called for an appointed and Asher got me on the schedule within a couple of days. Upon arrival Asher and Brett went right to work on my 50 year old VW and found a hidden leak in the break line, they were very thorough and double checked everything. Brett did a fantastic job and had every specialized tool needed to complete the job! They even checked and reset my tire pressures for me. Then they waited as I took that long awaited first drive to test the brakes out.
