The clerk then keyed in the exact description as mine and came back with two matches, both were over the price I paid by $100 or more. I needed the battery then so I purchased one of them for an additional $101.78 out the door. Because of their illegal 'BAIT AND SWITCH' I ended up paying $168.03 instead of the agreed on price of $66.25.

After looking and talking with other places I was informed that the screen was also going to be a second market one. So to put things in a nut shell Batteries Plus was selling me a second market battery (without telling me) and "giving" me a second market screen. Apple will not work on phone with second market parts. I went in with an entire Apple phone and going out with a second rate phone. Aside from that the "tech"kept saying he was "giving" me a new screen. Replacing yes, giving no. In a nutshell do not, I repeat do not go there. The other store may be okay but this one is not. They should offer either financial compensation or a new phone with all Apple parts.
