Jeanine was great when I booked her services, very prompt responses as well. I booked the cotton candy package for my daughter's 1st birthday. On the day of the event, her team arrived 30 mins late with no notification. All my calls were going to voicemail. They also came back to pick up everything 30 mins early. She walked me through all of the options for soft-play and bounce houses based on the number of kids I was expecting and their ages. I decided on the white "Duke" large bounce house for kids with attached ball pit.
