The machine he rented to me was flawless and it made our neighborhood event more fun. Ed was a people person and really focused on customer service. He was extra accommodating and didn't get mad once despite all my questions. He was trustworthy and always responsive to anything I asked even though I was just renting a small item and not a whole carnival, hosting a party or renting bounce houses. This company was recommended to us by a different school in our same district for a Halloween event. I had looked at every option on the website before talking to Ed. He was very friendly on the phone( and later in person) We had volunteers run the stations and it worked out fine except we did have 1 station ( the soccer one) there the balls kept getting stuck in the back. Ed warned me this could happen so I was able to help when it happened but I think he was pretty forceful on it when he did the demo so I just wasn't as strong and it took a few more tries before the ball would come out. Besides that, the games were a hit and they did setup and tear down on time. In fact, they gave us an extra 15 minutes at the end as we were getting all families out of the gym. Ed had lots more options that weren't on the website that were new. We ended up using a few of those. He even sent me photos of them etc before we finalized the PO. He was very patient too as we had a wait before our pta treasurer sent out the check. We will def be looking at using Carnival Time for future events. read more

Communication between Ed is terrible! He says that he will call back or email within the next hour or later in the day, but never follows through. There are doubts about this company, like if they are legit. If the manager/owner can't follow through with his communication - what more with the time of delivery. I have been extremely frustrated and disappointed throughout the whole process. What an amazing company! We rented 2 inflatables, a generator and snow cone machine from them. They arrived on time to setup equipment. We rented a 3500 watt generator and it was not returned so they brought the 7000 watt generator. They trained our volunteers how to safely run the equipment. The employees on site were very friendly and helpful to all participants. I would definitely use them again. read more

We ordered some games from carnival time for our employee appreciation day at the office. Let me start off by saying ED is a great personality and good people! He came on time set everything up for us and when it was time to leave he broke everything down himself and load it up. Two things I have to complain about unfortunately was, the dunk tank didn't dunk when it was supposed to so we had to run up and hit it for someone to get dunked. It looks a little old and used like most of the carnival games, Ed said that he'd give us a discount for the next time we ordered some games. Which is nice, but more than likely won't be ordering games again. Some of my coworkers made me aware that the snowcone machine was great although all the flavors weren't flavored at all. They're just colors. I noticed a lot of people throwing their snowcones away and when I asked why at the end of the party they said that it didn't taste like anything they were just eating colored ice.. The popcorn machine was great though! The cash cube is fine but the money gets stuck a lot and it doesn't fly around just a heads up if you're going to order that. Ed was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions from the start. We rented two of the booths, ring toss, floating bowls, and the basketball inflatable. Our staff seemed to really enjoy the games and the basketball was a big hit. Ed delivered, set up, and then came back to break down and clean up everything. Every year my family hosts a community event and have used multiple companies for bounce houses, generators, etc. Several years ago I ran across Carnival Time and haven't thought about using another vendor since. The owner is very professional, the prices are beyond reasonable, and they have a large assortment of bouncers and equipment. I would highly recommend! Only called with a weeks notice and not only did they accommodate me on my date, they had exactly what I needed and they were cheaper than anywhere else. Showed up half hour before my event to make sure it was set on time, they positioned it exactly where we wanted it go in order to avoid some rain.
