We chose Inflate The Fun Inc. based on the promises made on their website, which states: "You can count on Inflate The Fun Inc. to provide you with clean and well-maintained attractions. We make sure safety is first and foremost a priority. Our service professionals are on-time and will go beyond your expectations." Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Here's what occurred at our event: Attractions were not ready when our event was scheduled to begin due to the driver arriving hours late. The train was unavailable for a significant portion of the event. The water slides did not have adequate water flow, creating safety concerns and preventing them from operating as expected. An argument between company employees occurred in front of our families and children, escalating to the point that law enforcement responded. The level of professionalism we experienced did not reflect the standards advertised on the company's website. After the event, we asked for a partial refund because of the issues we experienced via email. We received one response which we answered and as of this review, that refund has not been received, and all of our follow-up attempts have gone unanswered. I understand that unexpected problems can happen at any event. What disappointed me most was not just the issues themselves, but the lack of follow-through afterward. I really like Gabriel but due to the non-responsiveness to fix a wrong we will no longer be using them. I hope sharing our experience helps other schools, churches, and organizations make an informed decision before booking.

The Thursday before the party on Saturday, the company called me at 5:30pm and let me know they were unable to make their commitment for Saturday. Panicked, but unable to do anything since it was after business hours, all I could do was stress all evening because I had no idea how I was going to entertain 12 kids without a bounce house. The next morning, I received a referral to Bouncey House Rentals and they totally came through for me. Not only were they prompt and professional, but they had a dinosaur bounce house available, perfect for our dinosaur-themed birthday party! The driver was early, professional, and really helpful (suggested we put a tarp down at the front of the bounce house for kids to kick off their shoes). Located at the upscale Fountains @ Roseville, this particular location has been in operation dating back to mid-2015. Surprisingly, this is a nationwide business with over 125 brick-and-mortar retail stores (as of 2025) but this is the one and only location in the greater Sacramento area. The overall layout and square footage of this place is a pretty decent size. During my visit which was on the afternoon of Sunday 7/27/2025 at around 3:30pm, there were about 2 employees that were helpful and greeted me as soon as I came in. They also have very generous hours of operation being open Monday through Saturday from 10am-8pm and Sunday from 10am-7pm. Not to mention, their website is very impressive with a ton of items that can't be found in their retail stores. Much of the merchandise found here specializes in greeting cards, journals, planners, wedding invitations, announcements, gift wrap, paper craft kits, party supplies, and much more. There are also a ton of novelty items that includes stuffed toys, mugs, and "themed" items depending on what season it is. I came here during the heart of summer so I saw a ton of beachy merchandise throughout the store. The best way to describe the products here is similar to what you will find in a Hallmark Store but on a much different scale. All in all, "Paper Source" is a great above-average alternative to your average arts & crafts store. I saw a ton of interesting merchandise for everyday use as well as products that are more novelty-based. With an eclectic and unique assortment of stationary products, I am giving Paper Source a respectable four-star rating.
