We picked a booth background we liked and sorted through a few samples for the strip background. That part was simple. When the groom arrived at the venue, he noticed the backdrop was not correct. We asked for gold sequins and there was a fabric wood backdrop. When he pointed it out the owner tried to argue that he was correct - thank goodness, my groom knew what we had requested BY EMAIL IN WRITING. We had some issues that caused us to be late to our reception (see review of TJ McKay Entertainment). When we finally got there, we did our first dance and such. I noticed photo booth props, but my guests kept telling me that the photo both was not working. I would say it was about an hour after the reception started before things got up and running. We were told the machine was running updates. For the life of me, I cannot think of why the updates were not run BEFORE our event. When I finally made my way to the photo booth for the first time, I had to ask the attendant about the memory book. She said, "Oh, I forgot". This was supposed to be our guest book as well. Since the booth was down and the attendant was not directing anyone to sign the book, (which was placed in the back of the reception area and nowhere the guests could access easily) we maybe got photos from half of our guests - and even less signatures. Our memory book was mailed to us, along with a thumb drive of all of the photo book pictures. We were excited to see the photos and the book. Some of the pages were placed in the book, but do not fit the plastic sleeves well so the pages curve a bit. Then we noticed a stack of pages that were completed, but just stuck in the back of the book and not secured in with the rest. When we finished perusing all of the pages we found a stack of photo strips, some were not even included in the memory book pages. What a disappointment. Many of the photo strips had a black photo in a strip of 4. I am not sure what happened, but I have never seen this before from a photo booth. Others had photos that were darker and poorer quality than the rest of the photos on the strip. Again, how disappointing. Several guests even noted the poor quality in their signatures, which now leaves this forever in our memory book

BRIDES-TO-BE: BEWARE!…read more While I did not have the displeasure of actually working with Mr. Cameron, I found him to be completely unprofessional in what is already a stressful search for brides. Upon hearing my bride had chosen another vendor for her wedding, he proceeded to tell her the amount she accepted at another vendor was of a minuscule difference, and not worth what she would apparently be losing. He was not at all informed of my bride's full deal with this other vendor. He first got her to tell him what she ended up paying, claiming that was how he kept his prices competitive.Though it was not his business to begin with, my bride obliged with a vague price point of what she had accepted. He followed her response with a rude berating and questioning of my bride and her future groom's decisions regarding HER day. Despite her explaining her* decision and the reasoning behind it, he attempted to tell my bride her wedding's success depended on his entertainment; which he noted was not cheap, but, as he so eloquently inferred, you get what you pay for. (Pardon me, "countless studies prove that 60% of the wedding's success depends on entertainment" - in Mr. Cameron's unsolicited opinion, my bride did not make the right choice.) She should not have had to justify the choice she made for her own wedding to him. However, it was all about him and the business that HE lost out on. And how she should have "communicated with him so that he would not have lost out on her business." I am thankful he did. I will certainly not be employing Big Time Entertainment for my own event, and I urge you to reconsider as well. This gentleman's response was rude, boorish, and completely uncalled for. I can only imagine having to deal with him throughout an important event in my life. I truly regret ever making his acquaintance. However, I assure you my bride's day (one of the most important, as he noted) will be successful, perhaps even moreso, without his presence.

This was the most expensive service for my wedding. We had it choreographed and was supposed to have a slides show of photos. He didn't have the slides how because of his computer issues. Also he cut my song off in the middle. He ruined my wedding experience and all of our friends and family have brought it up multiple times which makes me hate talking about my wedding. We paid good money for a service we didn't receive. The owner only gave us back a small portion OF a refund which was nothing compared to my wedding being ruined and the multiple phone conversations during my honeymoon which should have been relaxing instead of talking to this schmuck. This was ridiculous. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Again. Basketball shorts. Ridiculous. Could have at least gotten my first dance right.
