Horrible business practices and customer service. My wedding was on Friday at 5pm. I had to hunt…read morethem down at 9:30am to find out where they were. Tents were not in place until 12:30 pm. I still had to get everything else ready (table settings, center pieces, etc). For the life of me, I don't understand how you don't have the tents and tables there at least the day before. Weddings are stressful enough. I was not able to get dressed until 5pm, when the wedding was to start. No discount was given for their terrible mistake, only the fact they threw in popping up the tables. No call is given prior to delivery to confirm, that is the responsibility of the customer. I've been in customer service for over 35 years and am completely stumped at this practice.
