No discount was given for their terrible mistake, only the fact they threw in popping up the tables. No call is given prior to delivery to confirm, that is the responsibility of the customer. I've been in customer service for over 35 years and am completely stumped at this practice.

Literally offered to make the changes we wanted with a smile and reassurances that he'd work on it till we were thrilled with what we got. In the end our countertop looks amazing!!! The units are right in front of an occupied residence and across the street from one of the main entrances of the park. The odors are horrendous. I started calling the company at 11:45am bc the delivery window was 10am-12pm and I had not heard from the driver. After about 1.5 hours of calling and talking to various people, they eventually just cancelled my order bc the driver was so delayed. At one point they said they would send 2 new toilets to the site but it would take an hour and 20 minutes. If that was done when I first called, it could have saved the party but it wasn't even suggested (although they didn't actually dispatch additional toilets....ever) until 1:15pm. By 1:30pm they cancelled saying the driver wouldn't even reach the site until 3pm and the party end time and toilet pickup was scheduled for 4pm. Needless to say, a 4 hour long party in a park with no restrooms was a disaster. I was so embarrassed to tell guests they had to leave the party if they needed restrooms. Every other vendor came through on the date, even vendors that were not paid in advance. United Site Services completely failed. And then I had to actually call to get a refund on Monday, as if it wasn't clear that I wasn't going to pay $600 for toilets that never came.

I was at this location this past Saturday (4/3/2021) and was "helped" by Mark. This gentleman has…read moreno business being a "sales person." The kind woman had to tell Mark that my daughter and I needed assistance. I came in this location to test drive the RTV 850 Sidekick, which was in stock. I was considering multiple sxs for my application and the Sidekick was on top of my list. This location had the 850 Sidekick. When I asked to test drive it, Mark said the unit may be sold from a couple that test drive it earlier that morning. He didn't say it was sold. I used to sell cars for a living and if someone does not put a deposit on the item, it was considered still for sale. Mark avoided me test driving the Sidekick several times, so I asked him if I ordered a unit how much would I have to put down to secure the item. He told me, I'd have to pay 100% up front, which does not sound right to me, as other dealerships advised, I would need to put $500.00 to deposit the item. I said to Mark, I don't see anyone footing 100% to deposit an item that they haven't had the opportunity to test drive, which is what I wanted to accomplish that day. The MSRP on the Sidekick was nearly $14,000.00 and if you add 6% PA sales tax and destination/ fee, you would be looking at nearly $16,000.00 on a machine that Mark wouldn't even allow me to test drive. Kubota has a 0% financing offer that is good until 06/30/2021 on their website. I am disappointed with this location and will not spend my money at this location, thanks for Mark's lack of sales skills and his terrible service. Fortunately for me, there are other stocking Kubota dealerships and I can actually order the Sidekick directly from Kubota. I'll never go back to Erb & Henry, which is a shame because they are 5 minutes from where I live.
