I came the night before Halloween to get some supplies for my costume. I needed make up, and a black bouquet of flowers. I didn't want to waste my time so I made sure I checked availability online. Everything I needed was available on their website and even said the aisle it was supposed to be. After checking so much online this seemed to be the only place that had black bouquets so I decided to head over. Once I got there it was A MESS!! I understand people are going crazy and leave everything for last minute (including me) but it was way too MESSY! I headed to the aisle where everything I needed was supposed to be, and of course didn't find anything. I found an employee and asked him if he knew where it was and he said "sorry I don't know" woah, okay. Is there anything you can do to help tho? I decided to go to the front to try to find another employee and she said because it was already halloween they get too busy and their inventory doesn't update (really?), therefore they didn't have what I was looking for. I decided to walk around and look closer, and slowly, and GUESS WHAT? I found the black bouquet. THANKS TO ME! I thought I paid for a balloon bouquet as that is what I told the cashier I wanted. I reiterated it on their receipt what I wanted. I even wrote at hi- float I also gave them my phone number. I called the store. I said this is what time I'm going to pick up the balloons. My friend got there and they said we never took care of the order. She didn't pay for the balloons. I came in to get supply's for a grad party there was two people working. Overall the experience was ok however I believe the manager Jen was quite rude. She seemed annoyed when I asked her if she could inflate ballon's please. Her coworker was amazing. In conclusion I didn't feel very welcomed in here and felt as if I annoyed the manager by simply asking her to do something in her job description. read more

I was very pleased with the bouquet of balloons I got. However, I'm sure I would've been just as pleased with a whole lot less too. I just got carried away and made it more expensive than I had to. I must say they lasted a good long while. The biggest one lasted two months, stretching my enjoyment out. It still wasn't deflated, I just got tired of it. Quick and easy. Know what you want. Go in the store and get it. And leave. No wandering around for me. However...if you need balloons on a Saturday or a Sunday, you might want to place and pay for your order the day before. That way you can ran and go. I just went in to make a return. I had my receipt but was treated like a criminal because one of my items wasn't on my receipt correctly. When I came in originally the cashier that checked us out only rang up one package of paper plates and then punched in the amount of packages that we were purchasing even though I had multiple colors. The cashier today accused me of leaving the store without paying correctly for my purchases and then trying to return them. First of all, I may not be brilliant but I'm not dumb enough to steal and then try to return a $6 item when I have $80 of the same item in one color on my receipt. Second, I live 2 hours away and unfortunately this is the only party supply store near me. If I was going to steal $6 I would do it closer to my home where it didn't cost me $20 in gas to get here. I had other errands in the area that allowed me to come to this store although I won't shop here again as it's not worth the hastle. Your employees are not pleasant to deal with at all. read more

Terrible customer service! We ordered and paid for 22 balloons on a Friday to be picked up on Sunday. When we asked for our balloons on Sunday we were told by a sales associate who was standing around talking to other sales associates that the balloons hadn't been inflated yet. After waiting an hour for the inflation we got our balloons and left the store. Upon arriving home we saw that we were short 2 balloons (my fault for not counting them) I called to speak to a manager but was told they were on break and to call back in 30 minutes. When I said no that I wanted to speak to someone right then they gave another associate the phone who said he was a manager. I have no idea if that was true or not. We will not be back. These balloons were for a get together that my daughter was attending in honor of a friend who passed away a few days ago, my daughter was devastated!
