I got 9, 24" balloons. The staff did an AMAZING job filling them. What stuck out the most was they were all the exact same size. A lot of times a store will fill some all the way up, and some partly up, so they look mismatched, not the case here. They also chose really pretty matching strings for each balloon, and even tied the knots perfectly. They have tons of un-inflated balloons to choose from as well. The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially loading the balloons into the car. They have customers in us as long as we're in the area, which should be a very long time. The lady told me that's not true in this store and that if i read the fine print it will tell me they are excluded. I read the fine print and it is not. Mind you I have insisted telling them they literally gave me 2 already with my previous coupons yet they denied it. Not coming back here because this just does not make any sense.
