Online ordering was a snap--I got two banquet tables and 16 chairs. I signed the rental agreement and paid for the order within a few minutes of it hitting my email. I will say the rental deposit is a little steep ($50 or twice the amount of rental, so for me $100) but you get it back super fast upon returning the items. When I got to the location, only one banquet table would fit in my car, so they switched one out for a foldable table at no additional charge which was super nice. The fellas in the back garage are super quick with loading in and out of your vehicle, and didn't judge me for bringing a little sedan at all--they made it work. We showed up at 10am ready to go with the chairs! The ordering process was easy and clear cut. When we got there everyone was very helpful, positive, and kind! The price was also low, which was a big plus. The chair quality was standard black folding chairs, all we needed! The toughest part was returning because their hours are generally 8am - 12pm Monday-Saturday and they are closed on Sunday's. Working an 8-5 job M-F made retuning tough (we rented on a Saturday morning) so I had to take time off of work Friday to return the chairs. Even 8am on Friday they were all so nice! Clearly walked me through everything I needed and answered all of my questions. Even unloading 10 chairs they insisted I not bother, they would handle it! I received a receipt via text before I even pulled away. I love a bit too far away to use them regularly (I also don't have a ton of party rental needs) I would 100% recommend them!!!

Two hard-working men showed up on Thursday and did a fantastic job installing the tent the lights, the fans, the tables and chairs. The Porta potty's that they delivered through another company was absolutely spotless like it was brand new they must power wash these things before they deliver them. The two servers showed up on time, dressed well, hard-working, and very experienced at doing this type of work. I could not have been more completely happy with everything from start to finish. If you are thinking of having a party, don't hesitate to use these people.

My only problem however was the amount of costumes you can try on. I was only allowed to try on 4 costumes TOTAL. Not 4 at a time but literally 4 costumes TOTAL. I had asked the girl right outside of the fitting room if I can go back and get more costumes before I even had any clue that I could only try on 4 and she replied it doesn't matter but only 2 are going through that door at a time. After trying my costumes on I went back to look for more and came back with another one. She looked at me and said "didn't you already try on 4?." Me, confused, replied yes and she said no you're only allowed to try on 4 total. At this point I was pretty annoyed that I could not try on another costume. I walked away then and asked another associate whether I was allowed to return. If I wasn't allowed to try it on in store I figured I could try it on at home instead. Ofcourse the answer was no. This associate tried to be nice and ask her manager if she could make an exception for one more costume and the answer was no there either. I'm unsure how I'm supposed to purchase a costume then because I wasn't going to take it home and be stuck with something I didn't like and couldn't return. We saw giant cats and butterfly skeletons waiting to be covered with pretty float fluff. We were hanging out eating Mickey D's and watching the guys pu these floats together. The teams that they have working on these things are like so in tune with each other that they did not have to say a word to each other. We witnessed the wire frames come to life before our eyes. I always want to sneak and hide inside one so that I can pop out in the middle of a parade and ride the float.
