This business goes out of there way to be epically unprofessional. They make every attempt to not answer the phone, email or text -- their voicemail even indicates that answering the phone during business hours is something they avoid at all costs. They ensure their inventory is as damaged as possible and if you have any concerns, you are massively out of luck as answering the phone is not an offering. Every item we got looked a complete and utter fool. The gold chiavari chairs arrived intentionally filthy, splintering on the seat area and at the legs which wobbled as if they were in the dance floor. We were terrified to have our guest sit on them at risk for tetanus and didn't put them to any use. The tables weren't going to let the chair steal the show on filth. They were uniquely nasty. We recently rented a tent, tables and chairs plus a bounce house from Oak Lawn Party Rentals. Everything was dropped off while we were at work- no window of time was ever given to us as to when they would be at our house, so no one was able to tell them where we wanted things to go. I called and said we didn't know they would be showing up and they said just to tell them where we wanted it. I came home and the tent had a huge bungee cord across my driveway where we had to keep ducking under to try and get into our house, plus the giant jumpee was set up backwards to when we deflated it it was landing on our tramploline. I called and asked when someone could come out and fix this and they said they would call me back. When time passed and I didn't hear back, they again told me they would call me back and I never heard from them again. I called, texted and emailed to no avail. We had to pull up the stakes and move the tent ourselves, plus get our own bucket and sand bag to try and hold it down. The jumpee was too heavy for us to move so we had to keep it inflated for 2 days. When the men came to pick everything up, they had no answers for us. What can I say...I reached out to this place after it was recommended to me. Everything started off well until the day of my event. I order this bouncy house for my three grand children (ages 10, 3 and 2). Needless to say, after taking one look at it I immediately contacted the owner. There was hair and bubbling water on the inside where my babies were suppose to play. After much discussion they were willing to negotiate the price which I had to use and pay someone to deep clean the thing before my babies arrived within 3 hrs. I was totally disappointed. My sister referred me to this company for my Engagement Party. She's a Party Decor Organizer and utilizes them a great deal until my event. First of all they were hard to get in touch with. I had already scheduled to use another company up north, but the young lady Salena was very pleasant when she finally called me back and assured me I'd be taking care of. Let the story begin the first thing I noticed upon their arrival was that they knowingly brought broken games for the children to play with. There were 22 folding chairs that were damaged and missing banquet chairs. The high boy tables were all wobbly and no one could sit and eat on them. They promised to rectify their errors and credit my account some of my money back. My event was nearly a month ago and they haven't responded to my text messages or answered my calls. The worst service ever. We contracted this company to provide service for our 30 year reunion. Saturday, we rented 2 tents, high boys, high boy covers, 8 round tables & table cloths. In addition to being THREE HOURS LATE, the tables didn't have any table cloths. Our guests had to eat on ugly, round wooden tables. The tents that were delivered on Saturday were Yellow, which was a complete surprise.  No where on your website does it specify yellow tents.  We assumed they would be white given that all the pictures on your site were white tents and there weren't any options given to indicate that the tents would be a different color.  Sunday, was our signature event. A brunch/day party with live music. We ordered tables, chairs & table cloths. All of the chairs that were delivered for our Sunday affair were DIRTY!  I repeat...DIRTY!!!!!!!  Cleaning the chairs took more time then setting them up which contributed to our affair starting late.  One more embarrassing moment. In addition to the chairs being dirty, the table cloths were dirty!!!!! We had to wet a rag & spot clean them in order to use them! Our guests had to eat off of dirty table cloths. The owner repeatedly said he would reimburse us & have yet to do do, the event was in June. Don't use this company! read more

My wife and I have very specific need for our wedding we wanted a marquee style sign we had no luck tracking down a rental company that had these. After calling at least 20 other places they promptly let me know that they did in fact have those in their inventory they also caught us both by surprise with their professionalism. If you want reliable, clean and easy experience this is not the company to choose for any rental needs- where do i even begin? I placed my order for tables, chairs and a tent- a few days later I figure I would inquire about a bounce house.. I called, no answer, a couple hours later I called again,another day goes by and no call back after 3 voicemails. I finally message on Facebook and get a reply immediately. The man who answered was very nice and because of the unprofessional of never receiving a response he gave me a discount on the bounce house. It was all supposed to be delivered on the day of between 8 am - 10 am but on Friday afternoon they asked if they could drop off that evening and we said no problem. While dropping off they broke two of my flower hooks off my deck, and also after they left we realized the tent was BROKEN & perfect height to poke someone right in the eye! A few chairs were broken but we tried seeing past that because of the generous discount off the bounce house. While dropping off they asked if they should run a hose through the bounce house but seeing as though children would be in it we didn't want it slippery so we said no. We saw one of the employees make 3 trips of removing grass or hay and thought it was all clean. Once they left I got into the bounce house and it was FILTHY! Candy stuck to the wall, candy stuck to the floor, sticky all over the place! We called, complained and we were given it free- after spending 2 hours leaf blowing, swiffer mopping with 10+ mop pads, and sanitizing it was in better condition. NOW, it was Monday and NOTHING has been picked up! It was dropped off 6/21 and it didn't get picked up until 6/24. We sent a text after we DRAGGED it all to the end of the drive way and finally it was picked up by 8 PM 3 days later. Very disappointed. read more

The service was great, I rented some folding chairs and the pick up and drop off was easy. The prices were affordable.

They were very helpful in helping me figure out how big a tent I needed, how things get setup so I can visualize my space, etc. People setting up and taking down, etc. were respectful and courteous. Drop off was day before my party; pick up was day after. Setup took longer than I expected but it didn't matter to me since it was the day before. I used this company on Nov. 7, 2020 and found them to be courteous, efficient and communicative. They contacted me within an hour of my request to rent a tent, heaters and lights. There was no problem adding tables a week before event. They set up the afternoon before and took down the day after as arranged. All my concerns were promptly acknowledged. I found the staff to be wonderful to work with and I will definitely use them again. Prices were also very reasonable. My only concern was that crew did not wear masks during set up and take down. We ordered chairs and tables from Oak Lawn Party Rental in advance of the party for this event. Now the day of the party, you expect to have small snafu's like maybe someone doesn't arrive quite on time, or that dish you normally make didn't turn out quite as well as you have made it in the past, but what you never expect is the company you ordered the chairs and tables from to send you a text three hours before your party that says "Good morning, Annah ! I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause but unfortunately I have to cancel your order for today's pickup we are closed the next few days!" No courtesy call, no hey I know we won't be able to accommodate you but here are some other places that can accommodate you. I actually thought they were kidding and I was being pranked! But it was true! They just left us high and dry! I even asked them for some other places and they offered nothing! Imagine trying to scramble to find another place at the last hour and to come up with nothing. You can imagine the sheer embarrassment of having to call guests and ask them if they would please bring their own chairs!! SMH!! 5 stars for having tables and chairs available at very last minute. 5 stars for price. 3 stars for timeliness. The 1st Time I placed an order for tables and chairs the driver was 4 hours late. He made up for being tardy by setting up and tables and chairs. He was also extremely courteous and apologetic. He had arrived 30 minutes before the party was scheduled to begin. We had to move quickly to make it a success. I used their services again 2 months later. I called one week before the party and again they had tables and chairs available. The driver called me Friday night to ask if he can drop off tables and chairs in 30 minutes instead of dropping them off on the next day, as scheduled. I had to drive to the property the party was being held and the gentleman showed up when he said he was, 30 mins later. Although I was busy preparing other things for the party when he called, everything worked out well. He picked the tables and chairs the day after the party. He called before he arrived. I was not able to meet him at the party location. he went ahead and let himself in,took the tables and chairs which was a HUGE help. Thank you.
