I have slightly wide feet- not officially wide, but definitely not narrow, which had been making shoe-shopping particularly nerve wracking. But the second I stepped into the shop, Galina gave me personalized attention and I knew I was in good hands- and the second I tried on the shoes once they arrived, I felt a big sigh of relief knowing I'd be comfortable on the big day and not only that-- the shoes are gorgeous. A friend of mine suggested this company to help me with my hair loss and I am eternally grateful! Due to my medical condition we all agreed that at this time I needed a clip on or a wig. I declined a wig and fortunately they had 1 (only 1) possible hair piece that would mix well with my own hair color, which is gray and white. (Apparently getting hair with white hair is extremely rare). So you can imagine my surprise when she put this hair extension on my head. I exclaimed "Oh my God, it's me!!" My hair has been getting thinner and finer since mid 2016 when I was first diagnosed with cancer. In the mirror I saw myself as I remembered looking 7-10 years ago!! With a few modifications including the length and bangs, it was perfect. The people at this company were all fantastic. From the greeting by John when we arrived, the in depth discussion with Nikki to determine our course of action and the time spent with Paula on the hairpiece including modifications and how to take care of it ... I was completely satisified if not overwhelmed by both the team and the results. My husband was with me the whole time and shares the same feelings. We were really struggling because the "online florist" that was supposedly "local" missed delivery of flowers ordered 5 days earlier. USPS could get the gift delivered even though it was sent a week earlier. Joey arranged to have Scott come to our daughter's 25th birthday celebration at a local pub. Scott did an OUTSTANDING job making sure everything was coordinated as we live in Florida and were not onsite. Bella is an angel. About two months prior to my wedding, I took my wedding dress to another…read moreseamstress who not only was going to charge literally double for my alterations, but this other lady also didn't seem to know how to alter my dress correctly (the dress is very lacy and had intricate lace detail at the bottom). This other woman literally wanted to take shears and cut off the whole bottom detail and reattach it by hand, which is NOT what my BHLDN dress was designed to do for alterations. But thank god to my coworker who recommended Bella and thank god for Bella!! Thank goodness I was able to get my dress back from the other seamstress before she did anything to it and brought it over to Bella and she knew exactly what to do! She took the time to even button up the sheer button detail in the back of my dress to make sure everything fit in the back, on the sides, brought up the length of my dress, and was able to reattach the lace detail seamlessly. My dress also had a deep plunge which was way too open for my *ahem* assets, but she was also able to cover it over and blend all of the lace detail so well that it wasn't even noticeable at all! If you're in the area, I highly recommend Bella! She's just the sweetest and pays the most attention to detail, and was even able to do everything so well with a quick turnaround too.

I'm not sure how this establishment has as high of a rating as it does. I had brought my dress in 4…read moremonths prior to my wedding and it was the most frustrating experience of my wedding planning thus far. It took 5 fittings to have very basic alterations done and with very minimal changes between each fitting. By the 3rd fitting, I had called ahead of time as I was worried that nothing would be updated on the dress and I had to explain to her that there had essentially been no changes at the previous fittings. On the 4th fitting, what I thought was going to be the pick up date, the bottom of the dress hadn't even been hemmed yet and the bustle not even close to started. On top of that, at my final fitting the appointment was delayed 3 times that day, as the dress wasn't finished still and I had to wait there while she finished it. The alterations cost almost half the price of my dress and after spending closed to $1,000 they don't even steam or iron your dress/veil. I absolutely to not recommend coming here.
