Jonathan went above and beyond today for my sons party he found out the theme and helped me find the missing balloon to finish my order and while filling them made the two most amazing table center sets. while filling he asked me questions and once finding out the cake was IT theme he filled a singe red balloon for him to carry around the party. once home my son was so excited to have his own for the party. read more

This particular Party City didn't have anything I was looking for, didn't get any acknowledgement from staff. The bathroom was soapless and needed checked on more frequently. Two stars for the fact that my child enjoys coming here, but me-- I'll be shopping elsewhere. read more
