ALL of the other vendors that I left deposits with were understanding and ALL of them returned my deposits, however Anne informed me that they don't do refunds, even though we were still 4 weeks out from the event so during a time of crisis, I was out $500. I should have never paid full price from the start - most vendors only request a deposit, for this reason alone. She then told me that the owner would contact me to try and resolve the matter but I never heard from them. Moral of the story is don't pay their full price up front - this company just wants your money.

Second, when we walked into the party room (1.5 hours before the party), Joy was onsite filling the last of the balloons. They were arranged perfectly throoughout the room and I did not even move one arrangement. The showcase balloon display was my daughter's name spelled out on a small tabletop balloon arch, which was spectacular.
