Stopped in to get an item for Halloween Event, and found what I needed right away. Black Top Hat, they had others that were all done up more that looked really cool. This one is simple and soft material and fit just right. Price was OK, did get discount when gave my email which made it even better. Best time to buy before it's October and it looks like what they have will go fast so if you need something get it now. Not a whole lot of Halloween Stuff like previous years but due to lack of available products coming in I would guess that's why. For regular party stuff had soo many neat balloons and party items. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Easy in and out. read more

DUST, DIRT, and OVERPRICED (dollar-store quality) ITEMS - OH MY! The people that work here are great. The stuff here is whacky and not really the kind of place where you can look for something you want. It is a hodgepodge of things that you would find at a dollar store. I would give it three stars if it weren't for the dust and dirt. It's really bad. Like, allergies bad. It's pretty gross to think of buying anything you would put on your face from here. read more

I have officially given up on Party City. I have been to at least 7-8 different locations a number of times, and never once have I been remotely satisfied at any level. Each store is packed with general party stuff, but I can get the same colored plates, cups and napkins for a lot cheaper rate at any Wal-Mart or Target store. If you need boxes of black "Hey, You're 50!" banners, or cartons of "Hello Kitty" shoelaces, this is your place. But if you are in the market for anything other than overpriced and/or useless product, steer clear. Without exception, whenever I have asked a clerk, cashier or manager for help or direction, I have received a blank look with the standard "try aisle four", or "I don't think we have that" response. This chain had a lot of potential, but I think they have failed miserably. read more

A different lay out for this store. Their Wig selection was straight down behind the middle aisle. And boom! There it was, they wig selection! I scanned through them all until I Spotted the last flapper wig. Snagged it up and walked around more and found a set of long black gloves too. No such luck finding a queen size pair of fishnet stockings. Luckily, when I got home I found my stockings from last year. Loved this store set up. Great customer service for the initial balloon ordering. Additionally, we were warned that the other lady who knew how to double up the balloons with the nice white pattern on top of the colored balloon might not be in on time. She was not and they messed up the balloons, but we ended up getting a couple extra because of their errors. This error made this a 3 star instead of a 4 star review. However, the store was clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and there is a really good selection of party supplies. There was some left of Gasparilla pirate party supplies and also some Mardi Gras party supplies. Overall, this Party City is a good place to go with reasonable prices and friendly staff. They can perhaps improve communication (better than just leaving notes on the order form) and/or implement some uniform training so all staff know how to double up the balloons. read more

Well they have a huge selection. The staff was friendly and pretty humorous. The store was really busy, mostly shoppers for Halloween. They were pretty prepared for the holiday crowd and had a number systems in place for purchasing costumes. The check out line in the front of the store was extremely slow. They are pretty pricey, but you'll probably be able to find what you're looking for. Lots of merchandise to choose from. Juvenile to adult themes. read more

One great area in iParty (back corner of store) is a great inexpensive toy area where items are usually hovering near $1.00 and up....a great way to get a child a reward for behaving and not breaking the bank.... Came there today to get some accessories for upcoming Mardi Gras party this weekend. More specifically, I was looking for a boa and maybe some masks to go with my dress. I probably, would've gotten more things if they caught my eye, as well. The Mardi Gras section was pretty big, but the service at this store is horrible. I was greeted with "hello" when I walked in and a nice guy in the isle did tell me where can find boas. I only gotten a couple of things and went to the register. The girl there was not friendly at all. I asked her a question and she replied "I don't know." I ignored her tone and kept polite. A little boy came up to the register and asked her about price of a candy bar and she completely ignored him. When he asked again, she replied "I don't know", again. His mom called, so he walked away. If someone is having a bad day, I get it, but costumer service is not the place to take it out on others, especially little kids. read more
