There are only 6 dressing rooms so be prepared to wait as ppl fill their baskets beyond capacity to try on. There is a huge selection and quality honestly ranges all over the place but if you are true thifter, you are willing to be patient and look. I find most things to be separted by type of clothing but not size and and some spots look to have a color sequence but its easily mixed up quickly by customers. Its definitely not overly clean and I find it to be quite dark in the store. You will also come across some questionable people but hey, Im not there to make friends, just find some deals. #1 Rule: Definitely wash everything when you get home before wearing again.

I called to notify them and was informed we needed to arrive no later than 7:15 PM. We arrived promptly at 7:15, only to be told we would have to reschedule. To our frustration, the studio was bustling with families--precisely what we had tried to avoid, as it excites our dog and makes photo sessions challenging. Adding insult to injury, it became apparent they were running behind because the group before us had gone over their time slot--by more than 45 minutes. This disorganization directly impacted us, and I question why the previous group was given such leniency at the expense of our session. After leaving, my husband went back inside to speak with them and returned to say we could proceed with our session. I quickly dressed our dog in his sweater and returned to the studio within minutes. However, we were then told we had taken too long and would need to reschedule. This level of inconsistency and lack of respect for our time was shocking. We drove over an hour for this session, only to have our appointment mishandled at every turn. The lack of coordination and time management on their part not only disrupted our plans but also left us feeling like we were being penalized for their own missteps. Their approach to customer service and scheduling needs serious improvement to avoid inconveniencing clients in this way.

I couldnt trust her to actually hem the dress, so I picked it up today and now have to find another seamstress to hem the dress, which I need for my Goddaughters wedding in a week. Can't evaluate her work since she didn't do it. Would not recommend at all... If I could give less than 1 star I would... I needed the dress by the 14th and that's what she wrote on her notes...she's lying if she says I asked for the 15th. So disappointed with her poor service
