This was a cool store, used to come here a lot, but they have recently closed. It's now a boot and cowboy hat store.

The service was good, but the ladies restroom is disgusting.. You would think with the on going pandemic they would make it a point to keep the restrooms clean and sanitized. read more

I've never written a review while still inside a store before... LOL! It's been a long time since I've been inside a Party City. This is my wife's territory and I'm usually not invited along for ANY shopping because I'm too impatient and want to leave once my interest in shopping fades (which usually happens either when we hit the budget limit or I get dragged to multiple stores) :-p This attitude usually results in me being put in a time out by my wife... Made prior arrangements and prepaid for Snellville Party City to inflate and deliver balloons to a cemetery for a memorial balloon release at 11:00am. The online order indicated a 2-hr delivery window of 9am-11am. However, at 11:00a with everyone gathered and waiting, no delivery. A call to store revealed that they were just inflating balloons and delivery person had not shown up. Around 11:30am two private cars delivered balloons. A guest was enroute to the store when the deliveries finally happened. A great disappointment considering the emotional and sensitive nature of the event. We will not do business with that store again. However, we acknowledge the efforts of the two persons who delivered in their private cars in lieu of the absent delivery driver. read more

Prior to going to the Party City Store located in Snelleville Georgia, I'd made several calls and was put on hold TEN TIMES'!! I simply wanted to know if they were stocked with the graduating teddy bear...a popular items during the graduation season. Out of curiosity, I drove to the store from Loganville only to find out from an associate as well as the Manager (Devin) that corporate instructs their staff to answer the phone but put the call on hold!! This is totally and absolutely absurd! I can understand if the store is extremely busy, even staff should inform the caller..not just put them on a "hold" knowing you don't intend to respond, However, when I entered the store (with my phone in hand--calling the store and being put on hold still!) there was NO line. In fact, there were only 3 other customers in the entire store!! If you can't adequately SERVE the public...then you shouldn't SALE to the public! I intend to post this review on every possible platform! read more

Horrible customer service! The helium shortage is unfortunate and I understand that there is not much the store can do on that front but when we asked if we could place an order we were met by a quick and swift no. During this time the manager of the store walked up and basically told us they could not help us. I was surprised they couldn't even be bothered to offer alternate solutions. The balloons were for an upcoming baby shower and it would have been great for the manager to help us find a different solution to help make this day special for us. I have no interest in ever coming back to this store if this is the way we are going to be treated. read more

Love the new location! Such a better and more convenient area! The associates are so nice and go above and beyond with customer service. I came in needing to fill a gender reveal box with balloons and the associates took their time and assisted me with my chaotic requests! They did an amazing job and did perfect!! The store is clean, new and everything is well stocked! read more

3:30pm on a Friday it took 45 mins to get 2 balloons. Only 2 employees in the entire store...running registers, inflating balloons, retrieving Halloween costumes and answering phones. Boxes of merchandise stacked up through the stores. Shelves empty all throughout. I shopped waiting on the line to die down. read more

There is a really long line and only one register open with two people on one register. This is crazy. I was second in line and literally waited more than 30 minutes. When I mentioned something about it at the counter one associate said they didn't "allow" her to open a register. The store manager rudely stated he was about to open a second register. Seems as if they are understaffed for handling a Friday afternoon crowd. read more

went to buy items for black light party, walked in and an employee was popping latex balloons behind counter, my partner joking said" thats not very nice", and the employee just looked at him unamused. The staff is not helpful at all, they should be reminded they work at a PARTY store. even if you are having an off day- FAKE IT, ACt happy, thats party of the party world! When i asked about neon items, the other employee stated, look in the back at the 80's items- just overall lack of happiness and assistance. They seemed understaffed and still organizing the store. I personally spoke to some ladies who needed assistance as well, saying if you are looking for someone to help you, forget it, and their reply was, yes we have realized that. I would expect a more joyful feeling in a store which sells supplies for fun and parties. I was not impressed. read more

Unacceptable waiting in line time. Empty shelves everywhere. Unhelpful, poorly trained staff

After waiting in a long line because they were obviously short handed, the cashier was about as friendly as a rabid pitbull. She definitely needs some customer service training. On the upside the gentleman who brought my grand-daughters costume out was fast and friendly. $40 for a costume for one night seems pricey BUT she found exactly what she was looking for and she had a huge smile when we left. So I guess in the end the smile far outweighs the pitbull. read more

I'm at the Snellville location. One person working register. Ten people waiting to purchase and place balloon orders. Ridiculous

I will never waste my time coming into this dirty store ever again. All employees were poorly trained. Manager, Nicole was a doll on the phone, but extremely rude in person. I called about these expensive numbered balloons that she confirmed on the phone were in stock. I arrived around 6:35pm and shopped for a bit around the messy unorganized store. When I got to the register to pay for my items the cashier told me that they were closed and I couldn't purchase my balloons, but I could purchase my other items...no last call announcement or nothing. She told me to go and ask the manager as if I were one of her colleagues when Im a guest. So I walked over to Nicole and kindly explained the situation to her and her unbenevolent attitude was not appreciated. Maybe because of my hair not being done, or because she's dealing with minorities all day but her attitude towards me was a very poor excuse for a manager and the Party City brand altogether. I will never recommend and will never step foot in this Party City ever again. A very disheartening experience especially during these COVID times. I made the purchase but because of her crappy attitude I felt a certain way patronizing the business and requested a refund. Horrible experience to suggest this long review!! read more

I've only been to this party city, so I can't compare it to others. My experience here was nice. The employees were very nice and talkative. They have everything you need to throw a party! It's a little pricey but that's the way party supplies go. My only suggestion to to check your receipt before you leave the store. Twice now I have been charged twice for some of my items. Both times the issue was fixed. I don't want to think it was intentional, but still...check your receipt. read more
