This OfficeMax filled my online order in under an hour (I purchased a new office chair). I went in for some further items along with the in-store pickup of the chair. The manager was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and was kind and helpful. He helped me look at standing desk converters and spiral bound notebooks. Worst location by far. They do not greet you or acknowledge your wait. The managers are very laxy dazy. I completed an online print order for photos and the outcome was horrible. I was told by the manager that their photos, although glossy would not print comparable to Walgreens or CVS. Their printers aren't made for that type of printing. So I questioned to myself "why offer a product if you can't produce the best quality possible." She offered to fix it which I allowed because I needed photos,but it took another three days to get it completed, so I thought. Once I showed up to pick up the items, they still weren't completed. I go to this Office Max / Office Depot several times a month. I do not expect nor receive any customer service. Especially, the copy and shipping area. They almost refuse to talk to anyone. I go there if I know they have what I need because they are close. They are not good. read more

The manager was unprofessional, rude and initially unaccommodating. Every time I go into this location there are very few customers but the staff seems unwilling to assist. I had to wait thirty minutes for assistance last night and there were only three customers in the store. I made a $300.00 purchase last night and paid for assembly and was told to pick up item this morning because it would be assembled at 9:00am. I went at 3:00pm and was told it was not ready and that he will just give my money back because they were busy with other customers which is inappropriate to say to a customer. I needed my item not my money. Because this occurrence is a repeated offense I will no longer patronize this location. read more

I enjoy coming here to look for my office needs. 4 stars for the cleanliness and ease of checkout. Not "as good as it gets" because the service is blah. Every time I enter the doors, the store is like a ghost town. If I need help on an electronic item, I must search the store in hopes of finding someone with just a tad bit of knowledge to steer me to the best product. Popped in for some pens one night and found the store clean, well lit and easy to navigate. Check out was easy & quick and they signed me up for the Office Perks card, which is free. Not sure I would drive out here for my office needs, but if I'm in the area, would definitely come back. read more
