Lilies are deadly to cats so it couldn't be brought into the house. Numerous of the flowers are dramatically wilting even after one day with fresh water. The quality simply just isn't up to par and the arrangement looks far too different than what I paid for. The handwritten note was insanely sloppy and off-center. Not to mention, the woman who dropped them off wasn't friendly despite the office being filled with friendly employees. Incredibly irritated that this service dropped the ball in every capacity. My florist friend brought me here to pick out flowers for my reception. For one, I really could not tell you the difference between most flowers (thus why our centerpieces were baby's breath - easy, simple, affordable and the bigger bang for your money). Fred is in charge of the fresh flowers and helped answer my questions. Most of their fresh flowers is in the walk in cooler and grouped according to their type. There wasn't a huge selection, but each flower looked fresh and healthy. Since it wasn't rows upon rows of flowers, making my final selection was pretty quick and easy. Fred wrote up my order and I was out in under 1.5 hours. Picking up the flowers was easy, I walked in, confirmed that my order was paid for (We were blessed to have our friend purchase the whole thing for us as a wedding gift!!), pulled my car around and everything was carefully loaded in by their staff.
