Late for the Initial Equipment Rental and a No Show for the Reschedule that THEY Offered (9/2021)…read moreWhile the equipment was of quality (projector and outdoor movie screen), the company was much later arriving than my reserved time. My guests for a movie/birthday party had arrived and were waiting for the arrival of the equipment (I booked for setup hours earlier). The company offered to do another night for me at no cost, and I booked again for a few weeks later. I thought that was a nice gesture, however I must say that I am extremely disappointed that they were A NO SHOW for the second event. What an embarrassment for my family to have a yard full of invited guests for an evening of relaxation and entertainment and the equipment that I needed was never delivered or setup as promised.  Because of the pandemic we couldn't move the crowd indoors, so our evening was a bust. After several calls and leaving voicemail messages, they sent a text and told me that they would be late. We even waited 3+ hours (served dinner) for some type of cancellation communique, but nothing.  I never received any sort of communication or apology about this.  I sent an email to the company to this affect six days later and never received a response. This was a very poor standard of service, especially when they were the ones that offered the second package complementary to make up for the very late delivery on the original day.  I am now looking for a reputable rental company for more parties and we will not be using this company.

The terrible service almost ruined my sons birthday until 3 of us spent 2 hours deep cleaning the thing just to be able to use it for the party. We NEVER got an apology from the owner just word that he wouldn't refund the money paid for the bounce house. He came up with every excuse in the book until I told him I was going to refute the charges with my credit card company when he so nicely said he'd file a criminal complaint. The idea of customer service is lost on this crew.

STL Jumpcastle's owner finally contacted me around 2ish, but I told him never mind and was promised my deposit back. They showed up at 4 anyways and tried to dump off one of their inflatables, but I told them it was cancelled. The owner did apologize and said he issued the refund, that was in July...shocking, still no refund on the deposit. Stay far away from them...far, far, away.
