I had a good experience at this location. I found what I needed with ease, the reindeer car kit. It was good quality and $16 something with tax. It looks adorable on my car! When I began shopping for my daughter's first baby shower in the summer of 2016, I visited Party City to find decoration, balloons, etc. The baby shower section was somewhat limited but I did find a few items. Fast forward to the summer of 2018 when my daughter was expecting twins. Party City had no twin shower items either in store or online. I ended up ordering decorations online or picked up a few things at Dollar Tree and Five Below. The store is well organized. There are many party themes on hand with matching accessories like cups, tablecloths, cups, and even pinatas. Wedding supplies abound. Check out was prompt. Prices here seem to be a little high but there are in-store specials as well as limited time sales in the flyer that comes in the newspaper. read more

I can't believe it's taken me so long to try this store out. It really is a one-stop shopping store. I came here seeking birthday decorations and supplies; they certainly have a ton of styles and options, way more than any other store I've shopped at. Once I figured out the layout of the store, I was able to make decisions easily since everything was grouped together in one aisle, for the most part. The young lady who checked me out kept her cool despite a long-ish line of disgruntled customers. It can't be easy to be stuck as the only person working the register when it gets busy, but she was professional and pleasant through it all. Unfortunately, there is a huge gender divide in most of the items, especially children's items. I specifically wanted to purchase '1 year old' items but they ONLY came in pink or blue. Looking forward to when Party City embraces gender neutrality. Luckily, there are a ton of generic items aimed towards adults. read more

I was told I could come in and place an order or do it online and my child was sleeping in the car so I placed my order at the front door with the nice girl who answered the phone and I paid in cash at the front door as my child's window was open and I was over seeing her sleep in the car that was literally parked/running and doors locked at the front door. The lady at the front desk took my money and then gave the order to this lady who neglected to fill the order until I literally took my sleeping child out of the car and come in stood directly in front of her... I tried to go online to place my order as suggested so that it would be available but the online service was down. I watched as dozens of people went ahead of me and had their orders filled and walked out with balloons... as I had been told she was doing mine. I'm a mother of a toddler and I care for my 81 yr old disabled mother whom I was heading to pick up for her 81st bday. So I had to get my daughter out of the car and come in and wait in the line again although I have already paid and was told that they would be done in 20 minutes. I'd already been waiting for 40. Atleast 20 people we're served ahead of me. Not only did I have to confront the lady standing in the picture finally here doing my balloons but I also got nasty backtalk from her. She insisted that I was skipping lines that of which she must not have been informed that I had called in advance and already had previous communication with the other lady at the only other register that was open. She had no problem putting me down and name calling... fortunately I was able to express this upsetting situation with her manager who had just came off of a break. There is no wonder that the store only has two stores for customer service. Out of all the people out there looking for work it's people like these that need to not be awarded jobs. It's unfortunate that our Konomi is the way it is because companies such as this are just getting the crap end of the stick for employees. read more

Can I give negative stars? As others have stated the customer service here is ridiculously bad. Corporate needs to clean house at this location badly! Stood in a line of 15 people and of course there's ONE checkout girl moving at a snails pace. Then the manager walks up and rings one person and literally says " I'm going home " loudly and just walks past everyone in line and disappears lol. Finally some other guy appears from somewhere and starts ringing but he's crazy rude and before he even finishes checking me out he just wanders away. Luckily my receipt printed and I just tore it off myself and left. Not one helpful or friendly person anywhere. This store is poop. read more

I wrote this same review 2 weeks ago and it was never posted so I am trying again. Also, it shows the Military Trail address but the store was the one in Royal Palm Beach on SR 7. I really want to give zero stars but it doesn't allow me to. I will try to shorten this as much as possible. I ordered 6-6ct. balloon bouquets, as well as 6 weights, to be delivered for a bridal shower which was being held in a gated community. Party City uses Shipt for delivery. The delivery lady called and said the guard would not let her in. The homeowner called the guard to tell him to let her in but the guard said he wouldn't because she refused to show him her driver's license. So then I told the driver she needed to show her I.D. but she said she was not comfortable giving it to him and that she felt discriminated against. We literally went back and forth about this for a half hour. I told her that all of us that come thru the gate have to show I.D. According to her, he had let a couple cars in without I.D. The resident lane was closed so of course he would be letting in residents that he knew without requiring I.D. You could not reason with this lady. I am trying to set up for this party and had to waste an hour of my time being on the phone with her and Shipt Customer Service. She wanted me to drive to the gate and get the balloons! Really? Shipt was no help either. They should have insisted she give her I.D. and get the balloons delivered or be fired!! Still trying to shorten this. There are other details I am leaving out. I never got the balloons. Calls to Party City and Shipt the next day were just as disappointing. No one seemed to care at all. Only 1 of the 4 people I talked to even said they were sorry. I did get my money back but I wasn't worried about that anyway since I could always dispute it with my credit card company. I do not know who to blame more, Party City or Shipt. They both should be ashamed. Shipt said they take customer service very seriously but you could've fooled me and Party City doesn't even know what customer service is. It has been over two weeks since this happened and I am still fuming. Also, I wanted to leave the same review for Shipt but a search for them on Yelp doesn't bring them up. read more

Had a terrible experience here. I ordered three items online to pick up in store. When I picked up my items, there was something missing and no one in the store told me the item wasn't in my bag and i was still charged for it. I called the store back not ten minutes later, and they let me know the item was out of stock. If i had not noticed the item was not there, i would have just paid for something that i did not receive. The woman from the store said she would issue a refund to my card. Two weeks later, the refund had never been issued. I called the store again and the store manager confirmed that the refund hadn't been issued. The woman I originally spoke to lied to my face and did not refund me for an item i did not receive. The store manager was actually very helpful, but just very frustrating and shady situation to deal with. I was charged for an item I didn't receive, then lied to about a refund. Big line with customers with full carts. Only one person on register working her tail off and two other employees walking around reallllly slowly, slowwwwwly stocking shelves, shuffling around, ignoring the line. They'll do anything-- shuffle around aisle 6, answer phones, reorganize the latex balloons, but they won't get customers checked out and and out of the store. If you want to waste 40 minutes and get home to your family late, this is a great place to go. read more

This is by far the worst party city I've ever been to, and I mean WORST. Absolutely terrible management let's the store run like the employees don't care you're there AT ALL. There's always one or two exceptions to this though. Either a new employee that hasn't bought in to the "screw this job" mentality or maybe a someone that works at a different store that's helping them out? This is the worse experience I have had with a store such as this. They have the typical party city supplies which is why I gave a 2. But the awful thing about this is the service. Everyone, and I mean everyone works at a snails pace there. And no one gives a crap about what you need, nor are they helpful at all. I spent about 45mins trying to order/select balloons for a party and then another 15mins at the ck out. They work at a party store for god sakes. Put a freaking smile on your face. Horrible experience ! We were there last week and bought a lot of things for an event. Along with that we bought balloons that we would pick up a week later for the event. We got there at 2pm, our order was supposed to be ready at 1:30. They lost our order and couldn't find it, nothing was ready for us. The sales associate, Maria had a terrible attitude and demonstrated poor customer service. She even rolled her eyes at us. Once they finally found our order, one associate started inflating our balloons meanwhile there are two associates just standing right next to the helium tanks not helping her. We had a lot of balloons and already were behind for said event so we asked if maybe the other two associates could help. Maria rolled her eyes and slowly walked over. Like come on you see us waiting forever and don't even move a finger to help the other associate get our order. Probably won't ever come back because of the horrendous customer service we dealt with. read more

Clean store but the service is horrible.... was super long and the staff didn't seem to care. I get being busy and sometimes it happens but the fact that the staff was so carefree about it is probably part of the problem. After waiting 10 min to get TWO balloons, I ordered online thinking it might speed up the process and I them continued to shop and kill time while I waited... got to the ballon counter after doing all other shopping which took about 45 min and they still didn't have my order. I asked if I could just wait for it and I figured since I'm there, I paid for the TWO balloons that they would be able to quickly take care of me but after 15 more minuets and the people behind the counter acting like I wasn't there... I just felt like I was taking crazy pills... it's TWO balloons already paid for AND I WAS WILLING TO WAIT A BIT.... but goodness this was ridiculous... you know there's someone there, they have two balloons and they are paid for.. take care of me so I can go!!!!! This location cares nothing about customer service. I encountered 5 employees including the manager and only 1 (the male) was accommodating and had a smile. The 4 women employees were reluctant to assist and did so with a very bad attitude. you could tell it was an unhappy workplace. 1 clerk hounded the manager to give her a break as she was waiting on customer. the line continued to grow. the manager failed to answer her and went back to stocking shelves. That clerk turned her light out and left anyway leaving the line to suffer as the only other clerk was tied up with a difficult customer. The manager knowingly never stepped in to assist and felt like stocking shelves was more important than assisting customers. after a while another employee returned from her break and slowly began assisting the line of customer but she too had a very bad attitude. This is a store where you will NOT find friendly, smiling, helpful staff. read more
