Some items are very good, like the fried chicken. I just got a bad italian sub, though and that will get tossed in the trash after only 2 bites. Another complaint which is becoming chronic over the months is that I order COLD BEVERAGES to go with my food, even asking if it's C0LD, or give me a cold one. Unbelievably slow!!! My boys ordered wing dings (5 piece order), a cheeseburger and I ordered a sub. We were told it'd be about 15 minutes for the wings, which I thought was acceptable... Tried calling to place an order, phones were down, drove to the location to place an order in person, waited over 30 minutes for it, and asked the guy to buy an additional ranch, he hands me one saying it in the house come to find out it's the ranch I already paid for and he screwed me on a ranch. Party Express is a solid choice for tasty chicken in my opinion. I've had their pizza a few times and though it's fresh ingredients, they're a few other choices around I'd take first (Jet's has my heart). With that being said, I've had multiple other items off of their menu with no negative feedback to give. Catfish was good, burgers & subs are solid, fries are tasty but any of their other fried foods are yummy too. Best part for me is that their ranch is homemade which is a big thumbs up in my book. Another cool thing is that their delivery is open until 3am and delivers ANYTHING from their store (can't make the beer run? too buzzed to grab your smokes? grab a 'za and ask them to bring you and the boys a case & the cigs) which is something I haven't found in many other states I've been too. Pretty unique to me. Overall I'd choose this place for quality chicken, or for some other quick grub and even more so when it's late at night! I used to love this place. That is all changing. They are falling off with their standards. We usually order once every week, but the past two times I have ordered, the food was very subpar and not worth what we paid for it. I actually should have called and complained but I'm a non confrontational person, so I took the hit and the heartburn that came with it. Two weeks ago I ordered a small party express(deluxe) pizza and it came with spoiled, sour rancid ham on it. I couldn't eat any of it and threw it out. Gave them another chance two days ago and got the cod dinner and an order of shrimp. Breading on shrimp was burnt and fish and shrimp were both way too greasy. I have ordered here too many times, the only reason being they're open so late. 1/2 the time the chicken tastes old. Twice now has my food not been delivered to me yet I have been charged. The first time my food was given to completely the wrong person. I waited too long to call the store back so I had to call in the morning, the manager/owner refused to refund my food because "someone" received it. After that I didn't order for about 6 months. Again my food has not been delivered yet I was still charged for my food.....how does this make sense??? Over the years, I've had a lot of really bad experiences with this place. Since they're open so late, I've often chosen to overlook, what was not only a poor experience in general, but poor service. And in all fairness, some of the employees there have been great. The drivers? Always nice. There's also a woman named Fran who used to answer the phone who was fantastic. However, I've had enough. More than once, they've understandably made a mistake and delivered incorrect orders. We're all human. It's not a big deal. But when you contact them back and they don't want to replace the food because now it's too late at night, they want to give you a credit with them for food in the future, that's unacceptable. Furthermore, if they run out of something? Also, not a big deal. But the fact they're completely unwilling to simply charge you more to make something work for you and replace an ingredient? That doesn't even make sense from a business standpoint. We ordered a steak and mushroom Stromboli that was amazing. We also ordered a tender meal and while the chicken was a little on the salty side the roll was delicious. The cheddar mac we got was really bad. The noodles were really overcooked. The food did arrive right on time and the driver was really nice. This is a good place to go if you're looking for something open late at night, especially on a weekday when everyone else is closed. Just ordered from them last night 2 large pizza's a 6-pack of beer cheese bread and a pack of smokes. Total comes to $44 something . 40 minutes later, they forgoten the 2-liter and the driver said he would be back with it. eat a slice of pizza and realize there is almost 0 sauce on it. call and let them know. they offer to re-make. driver comes back with the 2 liter in about 5 minutes. We tip him and say thanks. 40 minutes later again the driver comes back for the pizza exchange and someone else is answering the door. and brings down the pizza and another 2-liter. less than 2 minutes later the store worker calls us back and tells us we are thieves for accepting the 2-liter and he now knows what kind of customers we are. I am angry about this and go to return everything but what we have eaten/used. So the un-opened 2-liter and both of the pizzas. As we get there he is calling us liars and thieves and I ask for the money back and tell him "I will take my business somewhere else" he tries to refund the whole amount and I tell him only for what he have brought back. Because I am NOT a thief. He then throws a fit about me just coming in to cause a scene and I call him an ass. Another worker there gets in my face acting like he is going to attack me and the other starts to call the cops. I reach for the phone saying "you don't need to call the cops" and he then starts swinging it like a weapon at me and it rips the phone off the line in the process. Cop's show up about 2 minutes later, refuses to take my testimony, orders me to leave the premises and we do not get a refund or pizza. I really hate this business now. The officers number is 16 and when i called dispatch they did not really care about him not following procedure. I know one of the cooks who couldn't stand working at Party Express for a lot of reasons, like terrible management and a boss that refused to pay his employees on payday, but the worst is actually the filthy kitchen. Black mold, chicken sitting out for the entire day, unsanitary work area, cross contamination with the food. He said it was disgusting and the worst kitchen he's ever worked in. If you call, it takes 100 repeats to get the order details confirmed, and if you order online make sure to only order after 10am on weekends or they'll auto cancel and not notify you at all. You'll wait two hours for food and then when you call, they'll just tell you you're SOL even though the website says they deliver 7am to 3am 7 days a week. read more

They delivered a very good pizza to the motel. They quoted a delivery time of 45 minutes. Delivery was in about 35 minutes.
