As I contemplated friends and family in Florida as Hurricane Ian approaches, I decided to visit Ocean Breeze restaurant. Kinda fitting, don't you think? Well, it was breakfast time. I ordered an Ocean Breeze Special with raisin toast and a cup of tea. Everything was cooked to order. One egg had a broken yolk (not a problem) and my raisin toast tasted more like rye. Sure enough, when I received the bill, it showed rye toast. Oh well, raisin toast is a dollar upcharge, so I saved a buck. The restaurant seating is split, with booth to the left and tables and a cozy fireplace to the right of the front door. I have always enjoyed a great meal at Ocean Breeze.
