People on the site are amazingly nice. So it's just been an overall exemplary experience. I have cut a tree at one place or another for on over 25 years now; having found Fairview, I can't imagine I'll ever go anywhere else. Seems like it was located in a large cul-de-sac in the middle of a residential area. Not much parking so be patient Good spot. Very friendly people and efficient with getting your tree set up and tied on your car. They move fast and you're in and out after you pay. The tree we picked was perfect. Service was professional and worth giving extra tips.

Hector was the gentleman that gave me the quote and did the work. He was super nice, they did a full sprinkler system install in 1 day. He showed me how to use the app, adjust the heads, and they put down grass seed when done. Also they accidentally cracked one of my blue stones but they replaced it within a few days of the job. I should have caught this, but it's not the kind of thing I have to worry about and I want to work with a company that I can trust to make a sensible suggestion. When they activated the my sprinklers earlier this season, they told me that I needed a new filter--when the service person realized he didn't have the part in the truck, he told me that I actually don't need the filter replaced. So did I not need it, or were you just trying to uncharge me? Or do I actually need it, and you never took the time to come back and fix it?
