Learned how eco-friendly they are by using technology and natural methods to maintain pest free crops and maximize their production. My favorite part was the last one of the tour...had their vanilla ice cream with apple cider donuts treat; added some root beer soda and made my own root beer float...delicious!! Their Farm Store is fully stocked with options from fruit, veggies, eggs, cider, dairy products (milk, cheese, etc), bee products (honey, wax, pollen), and many more. Looking forward to their upcoming Fall festival season. Lastly, it's great to know the owner is a Veteran. Back at blueberry picking! Go prepared and bring a flat and white bag to stack your fruit…read more We went at peak blueberry season again this year. This time we brought our one and a half year-old daughter. Blueberries are her favorite food and we figured she'd have the time of her life. And learn about where blueberries come from... It seems like blueberries were slightly less abundant this year. We came in very peak season. Some bushes tasted better than others, which is probably true anywhere. We picked mostly in the blueberry bushes towards the back of the field. If you do that, the grass is very tall. We were climbing through 1 foot to 2 foot tall grass between the bushes (luckily, no ticks!) This year we also picked sunflowers. They were only $2 / stem. They are the giant sunflowers, though, so there's a lot of pollen, a lot of bugs, and they grow to be a massive size. I brought home 10 and they wilted very fast in the car. If you are planning to take some flowers home with you, think about bringing a bucket with water for the car ride. Overall, another fun experience. Will probably be back next year!

What isn't here? This farm has something for everyone!…read more We visited for a friend's kid's birthday party, but we've also been here before for strawberry picking. On a nice summer day, it's a great place to spend a few hours with family. If you have kids, they'll absolutely love it. There are pony rides, horse rides, wagon rides, bounce houses, and lots of farm animals like chickens, roosters, sheep, cows, horses, alpacas, and more. You'll also find tractors, haystacks, and all the little farm-themed things that make the place fun. Just remember--it's a farm, not a theme park! Depending on the season, you can pick strawberries, apples, berries, and other fresh produce. There's also live music, and the food options are surprisingly good. One thing I noticed was that they host a lot of private events. During our visit, I saw several birthday parties, a baby shower, and other family gatherings. They have spaces that you can rent for different occasions. Parking: Plenty of parking is available. It's not paved, but there's lots of space on grass and gravel, and we had no trouble finding a spot. Overall, this is a wonderful family-friendly farm with plenty to do. Whether you're visiting for fruit picking, a special event, or just a fun day outdoors, it's definitely worth a visit.
