Took 2 weeks to arrive and the vessel for the arrangement was broken in bits because it wasn't wrapped properly. As of today, over two months later, and lots of follow up calls and physically going into store to talk to them, I have no replacement and can't get owner to give me a refund. I know accidents happen when shipping. I would have continued to tell all my friends about this store if the owner had only done the right thing and simply been responsive and helped me get to a solution instead of making me chase her.

One thing that was important to me was ordering from a true local florist rather than one of the large online flower brokers. After some searching, I found this shop and placed my order online. The problem was that I placed the order well after the cutoff time for same-day delivery. Shortly after ordering, Todd called me personally to explain that their driver was already out making deliveries and that it was unlikely the flowers would arrive that day. I told him I understood and mentioned that it was for my friend's birthday. That's when Todd said something I don't hear very often anymore: "You know what? I'll make sure your friend's flowers are delivered today no matter what." And he did. In a world where customer service often feels automated and impersonal, this level of care and commitment is incredibly rare. Todd went above and beyond to make sure my friend received her birthday flowers on time. To top it off, my friend sent me a photo of the arrangement, and it was absolutely beautiful. She was genuinely impressed, and so was I. Outstanding customer service, gorgeous flowers, and people who truly care about their customers. I will never use another florist in the Denville area, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a florist they can trust.
