Well, 30 minutes before the party was set to begin there were no balloons. We called up to inquire about a status update and they told us that they had totally forgotten about the order and that they would make it right away. We declined because there was no way the order would be made and delivered in 30 minutes. It would be embarrassing to have the balloons delivered halfway into the party so we told them to forget about the order. They offered a full refund and my response was are you still going to make and deliver the order? They then said no. So, they screwed up, forgot the order and refused to do the order and issue a full refund. Issuing a refund and still fulfilling the order would've gone a long way in showing me that they actually do care about customer service and satisfaction. Like I said, at least they issued the full refund, but forgetting about an entire balloon order (for a child's party nonetheless) is unacceptable and irresponsible. I will never use this vendor ever again and I find it very hard to believe that there are so many positive reviews for this company posted online. I understand that mistakes happen and incompetence is far too common these days, but to tell me (after they screwed up) that it can only be one or the other; the full refund or delivering the order late is just bad business. When you make a mistake like that you rectify it by offering the full refund AND still fulfilling the order. That's what a respectable business would be. Will never use again and I told them I'm going to tell everyone I know not to use their services either.

Party rooms were color coded and the bathrooms were right outside so there was nothing to worry about there. For children with SPD, there are strobe lights and they play loud music when they were doing freeze dance, so just be aware beforehand. As an event director, I can truly appreciate working with a local company like Paul's. I felt like everything was personal and their response time was quick. We had our furniture delivered on the Wednesday before the wedding and were able to set it up the way we wanted to. We also have to change out one minor thing, and Paul and his team were able to do it quickly and efficiently with no marked up charges or extra delivery fees. The quality of the items were great. We also enjoyed all of the custom cocktail reception pieces. We visited the showroom, and even if they don't have something you want, Paul and his team can custom make the pieces. Our driver Daniel was a real professional driver and he arrived early for the pick up and was waiting outside the restaurant and the Garden when we were ready to be picked up. The vehicle we had selected was a slightly oversized brand new 2022 Cadillac Escalade with all the options. Riding in it in Manhattan was nice; being able to view the tall buildings through the double moonroof was a treat for me because I usually do all the driving and don't get to do much sightseeing. Daniel knew exactly where the particular VIP entrance was, that our hockey tickets instructed us to use, saving us a lot of walking. He kept me informed where the car was located and when we came out of the game it was super easy to find him. (Anyone that has been to a game in NYC knows how hectic it could be outside the Garden.) We haven't used a limousine service, as a treat, other than our wedding in 1981. This experience made me feel very special and was the perfect ending to a most perfect St. Valentines Day!! When we decide to do this again we will happily use Personal Touch and request Daniel to be our driver! I highly recommend Personal Touch Limousines and our driver, Daniel!
