Terrible. I was recently in a wedding and th party bus was absolutely dirty and disgusting. The bathroom had old hardened toilet paper stuck to the wall of the the toilet. The toilet did not flush which is basically a porter potty. The bathroom had NO running water for people to wash their hands. Absolutely terrible!!! Rented a limo from here for my senior prom last night. There were only four people in my limo and it was very spacious, had lots of cool features inside. We had Eugene as our driver and he was excellent, very personable and helpful. He made sure that we were safe as we left the limo to go eat after the prom and told us to text him if there was an issue. Overall we had a great experience :) read more

I didn't like the service at this place. When upon booking limos for my wedding the manger was pushy and i felt was rude. I booked the rolls Royce and every 5 mins the limo driver kept opening and shutting the door. I understand that the car was old but I didn't pay $700 for a service like that. If the Rolls Royce needed service it shouldn't have offered to me. I don't recommend this place upon two reason rude manger and a limo falling apart. said You Could get that car a better rate somewhere else probably. Dealing with public may not always be easy, but the manger wasn't helpful nor nice to. Pushing a sale and gave me a car that was falling apart. I booked a limo here for my 25th birthday. I got an amazing deal. They gave me the 14 person truck for the same price as the 10 person car. Me and my 10 friends had more room and it was a great time. The limo was on time. However I am a little annoyed at the office, the brooklyn office had called me the DAY BEFORE to confirm the addresses of pick up. I get in the limo, and he almost goes over the bridge without picking up all my friends ! Thank god my boyfriend noticed (windows are dark and we can barely see )and directed him to the address to pick up my friends. It was not he drivers fault because he showed me the paper and it only had my address not my parties address and not where we were going to either. They should have provided the driver with the correct info. read more

I don't even know where to start. First of all, although the guy was on time. (Mike) he clearly didn't know how to drive the thing or where he was going. I live on a loop. And instead of going around the loop when coming to the house, he did a k turn and said to me "I thought it was a dead end" the name of my block is literally called "loop" while making the k turn he almost his my dads car. When I said "omg" he told me "what r u oh my goding about" um u almost hit the car?. Then we were all over 21 but he checked our I.ds. Ok? Never happened to me before when getting into a limo. Then we wanted to put the window up for some privacy but he told us "I control the window and I need to see out the back window" keep in mind it was night time and the windows were tinted , we couldn't even see out the back ourselves and we were right there! Then he gives us an aux cord for music and tells us "be careful it's very expensive" when ALL NIGHT I had to hold in the wire with my hand in order for the music to work. Then we get back to the house and he tells us to clean up our bottles. Ok np as we're cleaning up we took the cans of soda that WE paid for and he told us "u can't take that". Those are just some things that made the night not so enjoyable and I will definitely not be coming back to this business. read more

Had my wedding in August and was very disappointed with the services offered by these people. Went over by 20 minutes on the Limo/Party Bus rental and they charged us for the half hour after I gave a generous cash tip. Also the air conditioning did not work in one of the smaller limo's the family was riding in. And to top it off, the sleazy driver took off with a full bottle of Christal Rose Champagne. read more

My mom booked a limo for my 30th birthday a week ago and oh my god it was wonderful. The car was beautiful and the driver, Mike was also outstanding. He really made the night extra special. For such a reputable business I'm very dissatisfied with how this company is run. On my wedding day, a limo was sent for the bridal party. The bridal party alerted the driver that hot air was coming out of the vents instead of air conditioning. It was a 95 degree day so this was problematic. The driver then said once the drive began it would feel cool, but 15 people in a warm limo, that never "cooled off" all the way to Brooklyn was not acceptable. My husband requested that they retrieve another vehicle from their Brooklyn lot to complete the trip to the reception. Of course they claimed to have "no other cars available." When I called to complain, I was promised that the limo that was coming for shuttle drop at the end of the night would have this problem resolved. A limo was available at night with a cooler climate. However, this driver decided to take the longest route to my house when I literally live within a mile of the venue. He then went on to say we went over the allotted time. I discussed with him our situation earlier in the day and all I received from the company was a bottle of champagne that had been stocked in the limo. Not once after my complaint did the company try to right the incident. I went with this company even after being warned by a few couples that similar incidents happened on their wedding day. Thank goodness I don't foresee needing any limousines in the near future, but I will make sure that friends of mine with upcoming affairs will seek their business elsewhere! read more

We had a very good experience with this company. We hired them to drive my daughter and a few of her friends for her 16th birthday. They were going to dinner and then a Broadway play up in the city. Bobby, the driver, contacted us a few days earlier to get the details and he showed up early on the day that was promised.
