I also told them that I might need to rent a outdoor heater as well if it got too cold. They told me the price and I had until the week of to decide if I wanted to add any additional items to my rental. I ended up nothing needing a outdoor heater since the weather wasn't too cold. They delivered the day before the event and confirm with me when they were an hour away. We had an issue where 1 table and 3 chairs got damaged so I let them know. I ended up paying for them since it was my responsibility and I got to keep them. On the day of the pickup, they let me know when they were about 30 minutes away and took everything back quickly. I had a great experience using this rental place and will do so again if needed.

I got 35 tables and 100 chairs for 350USD flat. They delivered on time. We hosted an event with over 500 attendees and couldn't have done it without the chairs and tables. Don't always trust a one star single review company it's not always what it seems apparently. I was hesitant myself at first. Note: ask for 30 minutes before and after drop off because they were on time and we held them up looking for a few of their tables unfortunately. Give yourself time to break down. If I had known I would never have agreed to rent furniture from them. They delivered the tables and chairs an hour and a half late the day of my party as my guests were arriving. Only then did I see there were many unreasonable disclaimers. It seemed purposeful that she kept that information from me during the 2 weeks we texted about party arrangements. In all that time she could not even get my name right despite the fact that I corrected her 3 times in the text. Never apologized or acknowledged that she was even partly at fault. She was unprofessional and rude. Find a new job Clara - customer service is definitely not your thing.

A few quick bullet points: -Gary was EXTREMELY responsive via Yelp (which is how I communicated with him). Literally the fastest responder I've ever worked with! He answered my questions quickly and thoroughly...he was transparent and helpful -I asked for the unit to be delivered at 10:30am this morning. The delivery crew arrived at 10:05am and worked to accommodate us when one of our outlets wasn't working -I was supposed to have the unit until 4:30pm and they picked it up at 4:45pm. It's so bad she had to make this second Yelp page to get away from the truthful reviews about her terrible attitude and customer service.
