I regret renting from this company - customer service is last on their list. Clara did not disclose the disclaimers to me when I got her estimate or even talk to me about them. If I had known I would never have agreed to rent furniture from them. They delivered the tables and chairs an hour and a half late the day of my party as my guests were arriving. Only then did I see there were many unreasonable disclaimers. It seemed purposeful that she kept that information from me during the 2 weeks we texted about party arrangements. In all that time she could not even get my name right despite the fact that I corrected her 3 times in the text. Never apologized or acknowledged that she was even partly at fault. She was unprofessional and rude. Find a new job Clara - customer service is definitely not your thing. read more

Cute little store I drove by for years and never noticed. Good at selling Helium balloons for parties. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store looks a little messy but they are efficient and help you get exactly what you need for parties. I will come back to prepare for many more parties. read more

This place is my go to for any rentals! They are fairly priced and super nice! Since moving to Burbank, I have always rented from them and will continue to do so. It's family owned so anytime I can support a small family business I'm all for it! They offer all your party needs. Tables, chairs, table cloths, canopies, heaters, balloons amongst other things. They provide local delivery for a fee that includes pick up the next day. All around convenient and amazing service. read more

Really like that there's no minimum required to rent from this party supply place. In these Covid times, I'm not having big parties so appreciate being able to rent just two tables and a fed chairs. Price is fair too. Just know the tables and chairs are fairly dirty and scuffed. Plan to have thick table clothes and don't expect these to look great. read more

We were throwing my mom a surprise birthday party and my original vendor bailed on me four days before the event. I called first thing in the next morning and Clara was a god send. I got 6 big round tables delivered, with chairs (white foldable), plus linens (nice green linen for our ninja turtle party)... and 3 kids tables and chairs. They dropped it off the day before the party, helped set up, and even were kind enough to help my dad and me move things around to accommodate the seating. The delivery man was very kind and patient and professional. His assistant was nice too. The price was great, well worth the value... it was about $250 or so? I've used them twice now and been happy both times. Also they're the only ones in town who are always stocked up on sparkles candles. The skinny ones and the torch looking ones. And finally, they make piñatas. They got some in stock, but also do orders a week in advance or so. The owners of Burbank Party Supplies are so friendly and nice that you forget why you came here in the first place! The little store is quite magical, really. My son -- who's into Yu-Gi-Oh at the moment --would absolutely be "over the moon" if he saw all its themed party supplies and favors. Anyway, the tables and chairs which we've rented TWICE already, were basic and straightforward. Their rental prices are so reasonable and inexpensive that you don't need to go anywhere else to do a price comparison. Make sure you show them your receipt when you pick up the rental items, or they won't release their products to you! That's their emphasized policy. read more

This place reminds me of the party supply store in my tiny suburban hometown-- kind of dark with lots of stuff lining the walls, but pretty much everything you'd need for your party. I really like that it's family run-- the husband and wife were both there on a Sunday, ready to help out. I got balloons and a bunch of random stuff, and it was all decently priced. I'm mostly excited that they rent out "bubble machines" for under $20 a day-- makes me wish I had some kind of party to justify renting one, cuz it sounds so fun (if messy-- they were talking about how the soap kind of goes everywhere.) I don't need balloons often, nor do I throw many parties, but I'll happily come here when I do. The price is right, plus the owners are really nice and friendly, and it's nice to feel connected to a local business when you're going about your day. It's not the craziest selection, but they had every color balloon and two kinds of Batman mylar balloons, so for the service I'm giving them a full five stars. :-) read more

I was throwing a baby shower for a friend of mine and was in desperate need of some quick balloons to sorta spruce the place up a bit. My friend recommended that I go to this place, and to avoid Party City. I'm totally glad that I did. 20 balloons were less than 20 bucks. You can't beat that. The owners of the shop are so kind and nice, she walked me to my car and helped put them inside for me when she didn't have to. I was sad to hear that they aren't really going to be doing party supplies anymore because places like Party City are taking away business for them. They are going to concentrate on party rentals now because that's where the money is coming in. People, you should always support your local stores and steer clear of the mainstream stores if you can. The prices are so good here that I would shop here anytime over other stores. So sad that I just found out about them too, because I would have done a lot more of my shopping there if I could have. read more

Rented some high boy cocktail tables for a birthday event. It was $9 each to rent. We picked them up and good thing about them is that they are easy to break down and fit into your car. Prices are good but the quality was a little poor. Two of the tables keep wiggling the whole night as the table top was not stable on the base. They do offer covers for them but I used my own. Also they do delivery but the lady on the phone wasn't very helpful when trying to arrange that, so we just decided to pick up. Had to bring them back by 11am the next day. read more

After calling around to a few other places (and a little discouraged), I'm happy I continued my search for a place that would allow me to place a simple order of 10 cocktail tables to be delivered. All the the other businesses either wouldn't deliver because the order was not big enough or they wouldn't fulfill the order at all because it wasn't worth their time. BPS was totally different. Not only did they not scoff at my basic order, they were very pleasant about the whole thing. At $8 per table and a $40 delivery/pickup charge, they were super cheap as well. They won't assemble unless you specify (and prob pay extra, I assume), but if you just need the order dropped off (because you can't transport it in your car) and can do the manual labor yourself, then it's a steal. I also love that they had everything in stock so that my last-minute order wasn't a headache for them or me! It's a little difficult to understand them, but if you're just sticking to the basics of ordering without trying to complicate things with jokes or elaborate stories, you'll be fine. read more

The lady was nice when I rented the light, but when I got to the event the light I rented did not work. I tried explaining that to the lady. She saw that the bulb was burnt out upon my return of it, but she still refused to grant a refund or anything. The light bulb was probably old and they should have giving me a replacement light bulb just in case. I was very disappointed on the way they handled my situation. Money wasted down the tubes for a light that I never got to use for the party. I will never rent from them again. Very poor customer handling when things go wrong with their equipment.
